Extremely helpful and well worth the price! I have been diagnosed with two mental health illnesses and one physical illness since 2007 (I receive a lifetime service connected pension). My healthcare provider, therapist, and psychiatrist at my *** suggested I get an emotional support animal. I have the option to have a trained service dog provided to me, but I declare that my physical and mental health conditions should not be given a service dog priority over a veteran who needs it more. I can do things independently as long as I am medicated. Anyway, American Service Pets helped me connect to a physician in my area to write a letter on my behalf (the *** can’t write letters for ESA pets). I also took a training behavioral course via the Humane Society online. I have a well disciplined and affectionate cat as my ESA. My apartment complex doesn’t allow pets at all. My letter from Smerican Service Pets was immediately accepted! I only had to provide proof of vaccinations and neutering as well as a photo/info and my training certification about my cat and that’s it! Well worth it and no problems at all. My landlord prefers ESA cats over dogs because ESA dogs are not technically service trained and tend to cause more ruckus. I had zero problems and glad I gave them a shot!

Do not believe these 1 star reviews - they are a scam! American Service Pets Is a legitimate company. They processed my application seamlessly and I received my ESA letter within 24 hours. GREAT customer service. Shame on all of these scammers, emotional support animals are a necessity to some and American Service Pets makes that possible.

American service pets went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my ESA’s! The psychologist(my dr) was easily verified using the state’s psychologist look up and my documents were very professional!

I received an ESA letter from a real licensed psychiatrist in my state - his license & location was verifiable. The apartment I was applying for used a pet screening service & they accepted my esa letter with no issues what so ever. We ordered a service vest & it arrived promptly. I have recommended them to several people and no one I know has had any issues. And they are always great to communicate with & fast to resolve issues.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company. I was denied an airline requested form from a DIFFERENT company due to my dogs breed just 4 days before my flight. Even though, the other company had approved both housing and airline letters, the other company refused to fill out my airline form. I called AMERICAN SERVICE PETS and the rep was SUPER helpful. I applied for my ESA and was approved WITH my airline form filled out within a couple of days. I was moving from one state to another and without AMERICAN SERVICE PETS assistance, I would've had to leave my dog whom I have had for 12yrs, across the country. Thank you!!!

There was somewhat false advertising, though once I realized the fine print they were quick to issue me a refund. I imagine their service would be great for someone not needing a legal ESA and instead looking just for a letter.

I got my certificate for my dog back in May. I have taken her a few times on a flight. I've never had a problem.
