Quick and easy experience. I was approved and was sent my letter over email. I was able to verify that the letter came from a legitimate, licensed clinician in the area. The customer service is great! Got the letter for our apartment building and to fly with our pup.

I didn’t have any trouble with my ESA letters in Texas. My landlord verified with the doctor that she had issued the letters to make sure they were legit. I even looked her up online to make sure she was real. I rejected five other online services because they were definitely scams. I felt like American Service Pets was the real deal.

My experience with American Service Pets was altogether positive and incredibly helpful. I found myself having to stay in a hotel for over 50 days while I waited for an apartment. The hotel did not accept pets UNTIL I found this service. (I simply could NOT be without my dog due to PTSD).

Because of this pandemic I’ve experienced a lot of stress and anxiety. So I decided to get a pet for emotional support and was led to this business for legitimate paperwork for having your dog registered as a emotional support or service animal. I didn’t have any hiccups or problems with doing so. They were a tremendous help and the documents were legitimate and hard copies were mailed as well. I first received help from American Service Pets last year. I have had a great experience with them from the beginning. They helped me with my ESA and I have had no issues from any housing complex or flight that I have had (college student with an ESA).

Can't speak highly enough for American Service Pets. They made the process so simple to get our dog registered as an emotional support animal. They have gone above and beyond to get us everything we need. We had to move unexpectedly after registering him, and our mail didn't forward in time. Not only did they re-send all our paperwork, they included a vest and registration card TOTALLY FREE! I have told all my pet-parent friends to use them to get their pet registered as well.
