Support animals are also very important for many people like me in order to maintain our mental and emotional health. American Service Pets has helped change my life to able to keep my pet in my home. My landlord change the rules to the apartment with a new contract and gave me 2 options. Either give my pet or get evicted. I suffer from severe anxiety, PTSD from past abuse and manic depression. My pet gives me a reason to get up and get outdoors, when I'm sad she's always there to give me a smile and when I'm scared, she makes me feel safe. I called Petco but they told me service dog training would take 17 weeks and I'd have to wait until the following month to enroll her. My landlord only gave me 72 hours to provide everything. I was devastated, shaking, crying and terrified. My pet is like my child, I didn't have enough money to move and I was preparing to live in my car with my pup. I was looking online for solutions and American Service Pets popped up, they had great reviews. I was a little hesitant at first but gave it a shot. When I called (mind you, I was still crying) the woman on the phone was very sympathetic, sweet, professional and answered all my questions. She asked me questions for the evaluation and I told her I needed it within 2 days (one day had already passed) she set me up for asap evaluation. The very next day I got my approved letter for my baby! My landlord tried every way to debunk it but couldn't, she called all the numbers, looked up the license number and everything. Since it was legit she had to allow it (she wasn't so happy about it) but now my puppy and I are safe and sound in our home. Thank you American Service Pets!

I have now used ASP for two years to keep letters up to date for my emotional support dog. They were very timely and professional, both with the initial certification, and the renewal one year later. I was so happy to find American Service Pets! I registered two of my dogs and then went back to register another dog for my daughter. The services are awesome! I was happy to hear an excited customer service rep on the phone who helped me thru the whole process. It was so easy and so much fun to register my pets and my grandpet. I got an email of my services and then within 3 days got the registration. I moved into my apartment with the certificates that were emailed and my daughter moved into hers with the email certifications. It was a blessing to have people with great and awesome customer services to help me save $1000.00 on pet deposits that I would never get back it also helped my daughter save 500.00 on a pet deposit that she would never get back. Our dogs are emotional support due to our illness and them being our babies what funds I spent at American Service Pets was pennies compare to all I can use my certificates for. In case of a disaster we can take my pets with us because they are all registered. Thank you American Pets Services for being here for us!

I’m in Missouri and took the test on July 27th and here I still sit waiting for my letter. They have tried to get ahold of the doctor and haven’t heard back from them. I’m a Navy veteran and need this letter to be able to get housing, the main reason for me getting the letter. I sure hope they get it figured out.
