I now believe it was real customers leaving reviews on here, since they didn’t follow through, like others were claiming.

American Service Pets is the best, I was being harassed by new landlord of my building that I have been living in for 9 years with my cat and American Service Pets saved me from having to get rid of my pets which would have caused me severe emotional distress.

They denied my application after waiting days even tho I payed for one day review. I am truly diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and need my pet for daily things, yet was denied. It kept saying patient not found when I tried to check the status and the refund policy page is not opening, it leads me to think that this is a SCAM

Their service was very professional and they responded quickly. Thank you for such great customer care!

This organization claims to be compliant with state law but they are not. So if you are willing to commit a crime which is punishable by 90 days in jail and fines, call them. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

American Service Pets provided me with the evidence I needed to allow my two senior dogs to move into my condo.
I couldn't image living without them, and can't thank them enough.

I am very satisfied with the customer service.
I had no problems at all when showing my land lord the emotional support letter and certificate. I recommend it to anyone that is looking to have an emotional pet.

I ordered from here and was told I would only pay $30
I received a bill on my bank account of $25 AND $189.00
I never asked for the extra stuff nor the extra bill. I would definitely say dont use this product unless you're ready to pay extra money that you didnt know about.

I was very skeptical about selecting a business for my ESA certification, as there are numerous to choose from online. I did as much research as I could to help me pick the best and most legit source, and American Service Pets was my choice. I am very happy about my choice, as I was out of the country with a new dog and I was very concerned about getting her safely back home with me. The whole process was pretty easy and I got my ESA letter within a few days. My apartment complex required their own version of the housing letter be filled out, I sent it to ASP and got it back from them that same day! Worth the money, especially since you can call and actually speak to a real person willing to help!

Quite frankly it can be nerving to pay a company you’re unfamiliar with for a service. This was a great experience! They even called me to check in and see if I received everything I needed. I really enjoyed the information they sent over regarding FAQs from customers they’ve received before and support on the laws in my state.

Very legitimate, easy, and painless process. Their customer service is exceptional and they answered all questions I had. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. And I will renew certification with them when the time comes.
