I suffer from severe PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder. in orderto even beable to have my emotional support dog in my apartment, I needed to jump through hoops with my landlord. this service made those hoops a hell of a lot easier to deal with. I've worked as a landlord in my state and have been on both sides, so I understand the legal aspect, too. I have only positive things to say here. I hzve my esa dog with me legally now without having to pay an extra $200 a month and another pet deposit. with the way that the pandemic is affecting the economy, that makes it a significant help to anyone in need of emotional support for mental illness sufferers. I have no idea what's up with some of the other reviews when at least 2 are for services that aren't even offered, which automatically brings into question their validity.

I will always recommend everyone here for a fast and accurate service! Customer Service is super friendly, explained the process very detailed and received my letter very quickly! I will always come here for my service letter! Awesome prices as well!

I’m very happy with American Service Pets. They assisted me with registering my kitten as an ESA. I was living in CA, recently moved to Texas and used the paperwork at my new apartment and had no issues, all fees waived!

I have read some of these reviews and I have to say this was not my experience. I had no issue being approved or getting my documents. In fact I was able to be evaluated and approved before the purchase of my dog. I wanted to have my recommendation from the doctor before I got the dog, just in case. All I had to do was call customer service once I had my dog to update the recommendation. It was all quick and friendly. I never once felt I was being scammed.

At a time where I was devastated because I couldn’t bring my pets with me I discovered American Service Pets and was overwhelmed with their immediate assistance. Within two days I was able to retrieve the documents to certify my pets as service animals. They are my life and I’m so happy I found this company, Everyone should use them, they are Great!

My neighbor recommended American Service Pets to get her beloved pet on a plane in less than 3 days and she was thrilled American Airlines let her pet on with the letter she was given from them. When I needed to move and didn't want to pay the extra pet rent I got a letter which most rental agencies took without hesitation. There was one leasing agency that wanted their own form filled out and American Service Pets contacted me before I even knew that. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to register their animal as a emotional support animal. Their customer service is terrific.
