I needed a letter to have my pet in my complex. My sister passed away and my MD thought a dog would help. I contacted American Service and within 48 hours I had my letter and 12 hours later, had my beloved Elvis. I even spoke to a rep after to say how thankful I was for all the help. I have only good things to say about my experience

They had me take a quiz to figure out my general symptoms and then quickly set me up with a doctor. I got my certificates and card within a couple of days after that! Highly recommend!!

I, personally, had a good experience. My regular dr said I would benefit from an ESA and these guys helped me get my pet registered and I can finally have him home with me. Before, the landlord denied him. But these guys made sure I had the letter that I needed to make sure the landlord HAD to allow me to have my sweet guy in my apartment.

I’ve had nothing but great experience an honestly I called alot! But because I needed things corrected for my own faults they were awesome an fixed my dogs size an name for me! They sent me new forms! The only bump I had was my vests getting lost an took a bit longer but it was ok I called again an they fixed it for me ASAP an got it three days later!! Thank you!!

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I was moving and needed an ESA letter confirming that my doggy is indeed my emotional support animal. I read the bad reviews listed and was amazed that some of them don’t even have to do with this company or misinformation. For attempting to get your doggy certified as an ESA you must have issues. By issues I mean mental issues that you see a doc/psychiatrist for otherwise you can definitely get denied even if you pay there is no refund. I am surprised someone would think any different. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and my letter as I was able to use it to move into a rental home short term that didn’t allow doggies so it was a lifesaver for me and my doggy! Would use you guys again without a doubt! Please people before leaving a bad review do everything to contact the company and customer service. I emailed them and called and got answers every time. I am a business owner and I absolutely hate when someone leaves a bad review without speaking to me first to allow a solution. Thank you again to American Service Pets!!! :)))
