To All The AVA Case Management Personnel,
Just wanted to Thank You for all your help I received the award letter for "Aid and Attendance" from the Veterans Administration on Friday 8/12/ Just weeks after they received it at the Janesville, WI officeI am very pleased with how your company handled every aspect of what would have been a very grueling process Now my Mother can remain at the senior care center for the remainder of her life GREAT JOB!!!

American Veterans Aid was very helpful in assisting us in obtaining financial aid for my elderly, invalid mother My father was a WWII combat vet who passed away in and caring for my mother is difficult and stressful AVA came through in helping us Thank you!

I am pleased to write this review, especially since I had such a good response from your business I was planning to apply for residence at an assisted living facility when it became apparent that I didn't have the funds to pay all on my own Since I had to find the funds from someplace, I applied for the help offered by AVA, although I was at first skeptical about the cash outlay After providing all necessary information, within approximately two months I was approved and moved into the facility where I'm currently living I am extremely happy that I took this route and appreciate the haste and accuracy that AVA made available to me

Mr*** *** signed up for our Long-Term Consultation on June 16, In July 2014, he sent a letter to American Veterans Aid advising he no longer wished to continue with our services Per the Service Agreement he signed, he was only entitled to a 50% refund so we honored his
request and credited $to his charge card on August 21, On September 19, 2014, we were contacted by the Merchant Bank as Mr*** disputed the remaining charge As a result of his dispute, AVA was charged back the remaining $from its account Mr*** has been credited the full $on his credit card since September In light of the full refund he received, we request he withdraw this complaint filed in error

American Veterans Aid is a god send for us after having to put my mother (92) in an Adult Family Home A friend referred us to AVA and they did all the workAfter experiencing all that was involved in completing the paperwork and getting information regarding my father's WWII service I know I couldn't have done it myself AVA even stuck with it when I was dragging my feet getting my part of the paperwork completed The time and the cost was well work it My mother is receiving her benefits based on my father's service time and it took less than a year Thank you AVA for helping her get the benefits she needs and deserves

Though I paid $to get this service, it took longer than I expected but the service from the staff was very positive

I'm writing to offer my experience with American Veterans Aid My year old mother lives in an assisted living facility and only has social security and my dad's small pension My brother was forced to send over $a month to keep my mom in the facility I contacted and contracted AVA to help get the widow's pension that was available and they did a GREAT job! She got the money and my brother was able to stop his payments The process was long and I got nervous a few times but AVA was able to calm my fears and get the job done! I don't know where we would be without them They was ABSOLUTELY worth the fee they charged Respectfully, *** ***

Ii am very impressed with the way this organization handled my situationMy mother needed assisted careThe fact that my father served in the military proved to be the key to obtaining financial assistanceAmerican Veterans Aid led us step bt step as to required documents and forms that were essential to the VAThe fact that they had prior knowledge and expertise in what the VA required was most helpfulWE Managed to obtain the assistance asked for and therefore making it less of a hardship for the family

I was sceptical about hiring anyone to help me with getting my veteran mother set up with an aid packageI am glad that I chose American Veterans AidThey handled everything very professionally and my mother's aid package was accepted immediatelyThank you for your help! They were there every step of the way

We had a fantastic team handle our caseMy Dad is in his 96th year and he really needed this benefit as soon as possible as his wife just died and his care requirements going upAmerican Veterans Aid not only knew what to do, made us aware of the benefit, but also made sure no errors where madeThey beat their own aggressive timing with our caseI only hope things will work out for others as good as it did for us (my Dad was a Veteran from WWII)We had the most positive experience that you can expect from any firm handling such difficult processesThis is more than thumbs up

American Veterans Aid made all the difference in the world in successfully getting the Aid and Attendance benefit for my mother They know how to answer the VA's questions on the application forms in the manner that will result in an approved claim on the first try Their services were well worth it during this stressful time

They certainly did refund my entire amount, but now without a huge argument and notifying the Revdex.com Had I been an elderly veteran whom didn't have the knowledge or inclination to fight, then I would have been out $ Until this company makes Veterans aware, before they sign any document, that only 50% of their money is refundable in the first days if they meet some ridiculous criteria, and that all of their money is gone after that day period, even if they die, I will not be happy with any response from this fraudulent company I was very lucky to get my money back; I am certainly the exception!!!

I have received a refund today

American Veterans Aid helped my wife and I weed through all the paper work required to get her father on Aid and AttendanceWe had been struggling with the process, getting no clear direction from the VAWith AVA's help we were able to complete the process and get approved much more quickly and with fewer headaches if we had attempted to do it on our ownThey were helpful throughout and still are willing to answer any lingering questions we have

The AVA did everything it said it would and it got my mom her benefits in a very timely manor I was impressed with all the people that helped us along the way and I never felt alone in the process They get my vote even though there was a fee Their expertise was worth every penny Thank you AVA and Phil!

My brother and I enlisted the help of AVA over a year ago, so that we could obtain assistance from the VA to pay for care for our, then year old, mother - in my home Everyone at AVA was very prompt and very helpful We managed to get all paperwork in order and submitted within a month
When I heard from the VA that - due to a backlog with applications, it could take some time for our application to be approved, I called AVAThey suggested that I contact my Congressman and get him involved I was able to do that via the web...and....we rec'd our first check at the beginning of the very next month!!!
Since having this positive experience, I've recommended AVA to friends and neighbors and they have used their services with similar positive results And, mom is still with us - at 92- feeling safe and loved in my home

I'm writing to tell about my experience with the American Veterans Aid I was referred to them by the social worker at my mom's hospice care company My Dad was in the Coast Guard during WWII It was almost a year ago that we were referred I cannot tell you what we would have done without the Americans Veterans Aid Yes they do charge a fee but it is nominal compared to the work that they do plus if you follow their instructions and you are not awarded the money from the VA you get your money back We would have never gotten through all the paperwork on our own The AVA walked us through the entire process which took about months and when we were ready to submit the application we received the entire completed packet and all we had to do was sign it and send it off From the office personnel to the legal team they know what they are doing I never had any trouble reaching them by phone or email if I had a question I know without the AVA we would have never gotten my Dad's VA money I have recommended them to others because of our experience Thank you AVA!!!

My mom is 91 (and my veteran dad deceased many years ago) so she is living with my husband and I in Texas. Her expenses have greatly increased recently, especially medical, and other related items such as glasses, hearing aids, dental and other misc. It has only been in the last year or so, that her need for home care has increased to the extend that living with became dependent "on" for many levels of home health care that we provide so I started searching for financial assistance with the Veterans Administration. American Veterans Aid (AVA) was one agency that followed up with my husband and I. They were courteous, clear, and well-organized. When we contracted with AVA, they were equally prompt, respectful, careful, thorough, and (most important) effective. My mom does have some support from the VA at this most needed time, mainly due to the diligence and care of AVA. Thank you. It works.

I worked with American Veterans Aid to obtain a monthly pension for my dad, a WWII vet. We were successful in this endeavor and I believe I wouldn't have been without this organization's help. I found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and always accessible. I think the process for applying for VA benefits can be daunting and I may have given up without the guidance of American Veterans Aid along the way. On behalf of my dad and our entire family, 'thank you AVA!!!'
