In Feb 2018, I had my propane tank filled and was subsequently billed for the serviceI called and paid the bill according to the amount quoted on the invoice left by the technician (who was outstanding and helpful)
Months later, when it became time to refill the tank, I find out that I have an outstanding balanceIt seems there was a billing error concerning the fill up I received in FebruaryI was billed for the difference between what was quoted in the statement and what the billing department determined I owedThe bill was sent relatively soon after the fill up, but due to a quirk in my local post only providing PO boxes and not delivering to any physical address, the bill was returned to County ProFlameI did not receive any messages addressing this issueCounty ProFlame continued to resend the bill to my physical address, only to have the bill be returnedLate fees accrued, as well as reports against my creditWhen I addressed the problem (May 2018) the reason for the

I am a New Customer in October 2017, for PropaneHere's the problem, I paid $and have contract stating, I have intill May to have propane tanks refilled at the cost of $per galIn December 14, they filled tanks gal at the rate of $a galCost of $dollars moreI have talk with them and sent emails at least times the refuse to resolveafter the last phone call they told me it's resolvedNow on line it says I owe a balance of $I paid them $which was the balance I owed$is additional to what we agreed I pay

Several times I have contacted this company many days in advance letting them know my tank is at 20/30% and I would need a delivery of propaneEvery time the response is that they would be there to deliver with in 7/days which usually ends up actually being 14- daysThis is the only way I have been heating my home latelyI do have a wood stove in the home but because I have a wood stove they wont deliver more than gallons to be at a timeThis last time I told them days in advance, hey I am almost out of propane if I could get some delivered soon please and yet every time I go with out heat at least 1/days a week

Over pricing product,in Warsaw,moI had my tank filled in saline county late November for $a gallon, AmeriGas price in Benton county Warsaw was pricing LP gas at $a gallon,

they charged me for a leak test when I went to have my propane filled cause I thought the tank was empty I had to pay before they fill the tank when they came and filled the tank it still had 10% in it the driver said he did not do any thing else I asumed that sence they did not do a leak test they would send me back my money.I received an invoice dated 1/31/for tank rental fee , on the invoice it stated amount due: $ it had previous balance -$ and new charges $ account balance due - $ so that $was the amount they charged me for the leak check that never happened at this time I ran out of propane , so I changed gas companys .well when I called for them to come get there tank the person on the phone said well you have a refund coming ill get that out to you .so then I received anthor invoice dated 3/1/ new charges $ tank pick up fee, account balance due -$ I received a check for $i still have it .why was I charged

Amerigas bought out my propane providerI did not monitor my gas prices and over the last three years I have been paying nearly double what other propane providers were chargingAmerigas refuses to resolve this even though they acknowledge their prices are higher

Steer clear of this company Their customer service is deplorable I've left messages requesting to know when my next delivery is scheduled No call back I checked their website - my account - all it says is delivery pending I have, at this point, between - 25% gas left in my tank and this will probably be gone by next week It's January and we are experiencing colder than temps To add insult to injury they want to charge me $4.68/gal The EIA average is $ I called a competitor who said they are charging $ This looks like price gauging to me Since I rent the tank from Amerigas, no one else will fill it

2nd time in months that we woke up with no heat, don’t understand why we ran out of propane again when we are on automatic deliveryPropane is our heat source, cooking source, hot water source! We have a baby and other children in the house and this is unacceptable

I have been a customer with this company since 2003, and have not had any complaints with their service until this yearIn March when they topped off our propane take, we were presented with a bill for over $for around gallons of propaneI immediately called other local propane companies and found that the average price was around $1.75/gallon at that timeWhen I called my supplier back to question their charges, I was told, "Corporate is working on a competitive pricing model," and that the other companies were quoting "first time fill prices" and "charge higher rates for repeat customers"(The latter statement was quickly proved to be a lie, but they continue to repeat it.) Later that day, I got a call saying that they would reduce the price to $2.99/gallon
I determined to change propane companies as soon as possible, and so this month I contacted a local propane company who came out promptly and changed out my propane tankUnfortunately, when the driver attempted

Run, don’t walk away from Amerigas, Oxnard
We are switching companies because after being loyal customers for years, the new management of Amerigas is completely the worst experience everWe have been waiting for three days now for gallons of gas to be dispensed into our tankWe are in the 0% of gas left in our tank, heading into Mother’s Day weekend, with guests arriving tomorrowThe offices promised we would have the gas Thursday May 10th, then promised to have the gas Friday, May 11th at 9:00amIt is is Saturday 8:30pm and still no gas and offices closedWe did call at 2:00pm yesterday and were promised, yet again, that we would have gas by this eveningWe are stilled owed money that Amerigas deducted without our permission from our bank account for a gas leak that took drivers, and an Amerigas faulty regulator to detectAlso, we went days without hot water because they finally detected a leak but informed us it was our main line to the houseOur plumber detected Amerigas’s mistakeMy thoughts are we are lucky our house with pets and children did not blow up because of their incompetenceWhy they charged and deducted funds, which have not been paid back is beyond usThis company is a sinking ship, the worst I have ever experience, everAnd so far to date, we have run out of gas on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day and now possibly Mother’s DayWe are on automatic fill, so figure that outIf this is a company in 10years I will be surprised, a very unsatisfied, soon to be ex customer
