*** [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] Thank you for your assistance, The local AmeriGas office sent someone to my home to remove the empty propane tankThe AmeriGas representative also advised she would submit my request for the tank rental fee of $I will advise you when I get a refundAgain thank you for the help with this threemonth request

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The information provided is incorrectAgain, I have a surveillance video that can show employees accessing my backyard after knocking on my front door during all these months, except in MarchI had given Amerigas the access code to be written on file, yet they continuously ask me for my passcode every time an employee shows up This just proves the point I made in my earlier responseAmerigas conducts it's business in a cunning way and I question their business and social ethicsIt's a great advantage for me to switch to another energy providerFor example, real estate properties in my area enjoy higher resale value when their energy source does NOT depend on Amerigas propaneThat's a fact that's been proven all over the news and the city officialsI obviously can see the reasons behind the way Amerigas business ethics and reputation devalue the resale value of housesI refuse to be a victim of this monopoly Regards, [redacted]

Notified Amerigas that I was dropping service due to double propane price Three days later they filled tanks at high price They said it was a mistake Notified them that other company was going to come and put in their tanks but could not move theirs because they were full Arrangements were made to swap tanks on same day but Amerigas came days earlier and removed their tanks No heat for days in November

Good Day, We are currently researching this complaint and will provide our formal response in the next week or so [redacted] Customer Advocacy Manager

I regret the day I started business with this company It went wrong right from the start with their miscommunication My major complaint would be their price gouging! My first fill for the season was at about per gallon which was fineMy second fill for the season they charged me per gallon When I questioned why the price per gallon was so expensive she said because I'm such a low utilizer they charge me more per gallon When I asked then why was my first fill so cheap she said because I hadn't ordered in a while I then clarified with her and asked "so you are charging me more per gallon because I don't need as much propane as you would like me to order" and she actually said yesI even went as far as calling their corporate office to complain and they just referred me back to my local office I just switched providers and when I called to cancel service they then we're willing to negotiate with me I'm now getting my propane from another company for per gallon Oh and Amerigas charged me for ending services, for pumping out the remaining propane from the tank and an additional bucks for coming to pick up their own tankDon't do business with AmericasThey get ya anyway they can!

We canceled our service with Amerigas in April I have called them many times requesting them to pick up the propane tank from the back yard They have had many excuses and still have not come to pick it up We have been smelling propane, especially in the evenings, but I attributed it to the tank because it had a small amount of propane left in it I did not report that to Amerigas because I kept thinking they would be removing it soon Today 9/ our neighbors propane man came to the door to report the neighbors smelling propane also and he checked the tank and thought it was from that I called Amerigas again today and they cannot pick up the tank but said they will check for leakage too The amount of propane in the unused tank has decreased from 10% to 2% and we never smelled propane before It is close to the heat pump and the [redacted] propane man from our neighbor said that was dangerous It has been nearly months waiting for this tank to be removed and this is un

We have been loyal customers of AmeriGas for several years They service/fill our gallon propane tank in Berthoud, COWe have contracted them as routed, rather than will-call, customers, which means they are to monitor or tank and fill it on an as-needed basisWe were contacted by AmeriGas in early to tell us that our tank was completely empty and they would need access to our home prior to re-filling to check for any leaksI set an appointment and met with their tech on April 19, He completed his safety check saying that there were no problems and proceeded to fill the tankI asked him how it had gotten to empty in the first place seeing as though we are on the routed schedule for auto-fill and he informed me that they had been short-staffed for the past four months and had gotten behind After filling the tank, he accompanied me to the basement to ensure that our furnace and hot water heater were firing correctly He was having trouble getting the furnace to s
