Additionally, although brown spots in a lawn are a symptom that can have many different causes, we should at least have... been able to identify the specific cause in this case by now. Ours is a fully-guaranteed service, and we regret that we have not upheld that guarantee in this case. We understand that the local branch manager has reached out to the customer, visited the lawn and arrived at a satisfactory solution. If this is not the case, however, we will gladly continue to work with the customer to reach an acceptable resolution.
