I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHOWEVER, I have some doubts about the sincerity of this response. I just spoke with Dan, the manager, and asked about the "policy" of spraying when it is windy. He told me that it is up to the judgment of the applicator, etc etc - . When he recognized my voice, then he said all the right things - claimeded he reminded applicators of guidelines and actually pulled applicators off the day in question when sustained winds of mph and gusts close to 35mph were the norm. I told him I would accept his response at face value unless I observed other violations. But my gut sense is that he says all the right things and then does as he pleases! Hopefully, I am wrong! You can be sure I will be contacting you and DATCAP if the problemm occurs again Thanks for your efforts

We apologize that our customer had problems with their service It is very important to us that our customer is happy with our service and their lawn We also appreciate that our customer has been with our service for the last years We want to correct these issues and provide a
quality service On 5/08/we issued a refund to our customer for their first lawn application In addition we provided a free service call to respray the weeds on their property We hope this response will resolve this matter Again we are sorry for the problems our customer encountered and we appreciate them bringing this to our attention, so we had the opportunity to make corrections.Thank you

We apologize that are customer is unhappy with their experience with Naturescape Our records show that of the lawn applications were completed last year The final application was not done due an early snowfall A credit was applied to our customer's account and this was used
on an application that was completed on 05/08/ We are sorry that this wasn't completed in a more timely fashion As a show of good faith we would like to offer an additional free lawn application or a refund of an application If our customer could contact our office and let us know which they prefer, we would be happy to do this We would like to thank our customer for bringing this matter to our attention so we can try to resolve this matter We hope the steps we have taken will accomplish a resolution.thank you
