He accepted fault without hesitation and was insistent on doing whatever he could to make things right. The sincerity of his response, his acceptance of fault without excuse, and his immediate offer to resolve this matter were impressive. The proposed resolution exceeds my expectations and this complaint may be closed

We apologize that our customer has not gotten their refund in a more timely manner We want our customers to be happy with their lawn and our service, and we fell short in achieving good customer service in this case We have sent out a full refund to our customer, and it was
mailed on 06/05/ As a show of good faith we would like to offer a free lawn aeration this fall Simply call your local branch and this will be done for you at no charge Again we are sorry for the problems our customer had, and we hope the steps we have taken will resolve this matter.thank you

We apologize that we were unable to resolve this customer’s billing dispute earlierOur records indicate that the service was requested in spring of 2015, and that we performed all five applications that were part of this serviceAlthough we never received any notice from the customer over the
course of the program that he did not want the service, and although the customer did not respond to any of the numerous billings sent to him throughout 2015, we have decided to credit the full balance of the customer’s account as a show of good faithThis credit will be applied immediately and the account will be withdrawn from collectionsAdditionally, the customer will receive a letter from the collections company confirming thisAgain, we regret that we could not address this issue earlier, but we hope that we have now fully resolved this dispute
