We apologize for the unsatisfactory timing and poor communication this customer receivedMosquitoes are a considerable nuisance, all the more so for those with allergies to their bitesWe consider the timing of mosquito applications to be a high priority, and that should include accurate communication with our customers regarding the timing of our applicationsWe regret that we fell short in this instance, and we will most assuredly redouble our efforts to provide better customer service in this regard for the futureIt is our understanding that the regional manager for our Louisville location has been in contact with this customer, and that the matter has been amicably settledHowever, if this is not the case, we will gladly continue working with the customer to ensure a satisfactory resolution!

I finally have things set up with Naturescape. They finally have communicated with the repairman that the billing should be sent to them for payment the repair is finally scheduled for Thursday or Friday next week; it depends on the weather. Thanks for your assistance

We apologize for the damage to this customer's property, the poor communication from our offices, and also for the amount of time it has taken to resolve this concernThe customer's proposed solution (free aeration and overseeding) was very fair, and we should have taken more immediate action in
confirming thisWe will strive to improve this aspect of our business conduct in the futureAs of this writing (September 17, 2015), we understand that the regional manager who oversees the Germantown branch has been in contact with this customer, and that we will be providing an aeration and overseeding free of charge by way of making up for the damageWe do hope that this resolves the complaint, but if this is not the case we will be happy to continue to work with the customer to find a solution
