been able to identify the specific cause in this case by nowOurs is a fully-guaranteed service, and we regret that we have not upheld that guarantee in this caseWe understand that the local branch manager has reached out to the customer, visited the lawn and arrived at a satisfactory solutionIf this is not the case, however, we will gladly continue to work with the customer to reach an acceptable resolution
