I am rejecting this response because:I ordered some products from
kylie cosmetics, packages on April and package on MayI still haven't received any of the ordersMy order numbers are K, K, K752453. I would like to reopen my complaints and if they are not able to deliver my orders then I want a refund

As informed, we are only able to replace an original order once as it is a one-time courtesy. Attached is a screenshot of the email on 4/informing the customer of this information. If they believe that the package has been lost in transit or has been marked as delivered and has not been received, we suggest they contact their local India Post service so that they can investigate the whereabouts of the order further.As a one time courtesy package has already been issued, we are unable to provide an additional replacement.As stated in our policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds; all sales are final.Our Return Policy can be found here:http://kyliecosmetics.com/pages/refund-policy Please note, USPS has informed us that packages delivered to India can take up to two months to be receivedAs the package was shipped 3/9, we suggest the customer to continue to check the tracking status periodically

Hello, Customer was advised today 5/via email there order will ship out in the next few days, and they will receive an email once the order ships

Their order has been canceled & refunded. Please note that it takes 7-full business days to show up in their account

I am rejecting this response because:I did not ask for replacement packaging, so their policy to not provide replacement packaging has no bearing in this caseI asked for a Store Credit as Kylie Cosmetics did not take necessary care to avoid damage to their products in transit, and I think that is a reasonable request.Anyone can sell a product on eBay as long as they don't represent themselves as being affiliated with Kylie Cosmetics or say that they are an authorised reseller or distributorAnyway, it makes no difference - I purchased the products from Kylie Cosmetics and I am the customerIf Kylie Cosmetics does not look after me in this instance, I will no longer buy from them (I have spent over thousand dollars with their company), and I will write a factual account on various social media of their refusal to compensate me for the damage

It was a candy k lipstick and ginger lipkit which was missingNot just the candy kI will send the picture of what I received and the slip to the company Many thanks for your help so far.

I am rejecting this response because: They sent me an email business days after I placed my order and after emails asking them what was the hold up on my orderThey need better customer serviceIf they knew it would take over the 3-business days to ship they should of said so when I was placing my order instead it said orders take 48-hours to process and ship from 3-business daysGetting notified days after I placed my order and after emails were sent is not okThey should stop advertising their shipment datesThat's not ok, I have never ever experienced this it's not acceptable and they should really get it together.

I am rejecting this response because: This isn't a matter of refunding or replacing a defected itemIt's the issue that I never received the product to begin with due to your mishap. I attached the pictures of the box that I received, the weigh of the box which contains items and the invoice. How is it possible for a box weighing at kg to hold all nine products. It's discouraging to be loyal to a brand after coming back from vacation and only to open a small box to receive less than half of the items I purchasedWhat is even more disappointing is to receive an email from your team refusing to assist me in correcting your error
