As the order was reported as fraud, our Fraud department has exercised our right with Terms of Service Section 11, to cancel and refund the order in question, as is our policy for all orders that are reported as fraudulent. In accordance with our Terms of Service Section 11: Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions, "To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order) if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate." This information can be found on https://www.kyliecosmetics.com/pages/terms-of-use.  The customer had reported the order as fraudulent and the funds for the order in question were disputed with PayPal. Per our records, PayPal has proceeded to issue a refund in the favor of the customer. As this the case, the refund was initiated via PayPal and the customer will need to contact PayPal as they will now be handling the funds in question. They will be one to provide the most details regarding the refund in question. We have provided two file attachments reflecting that we do not have the funds in question. For the most information regarding the refund in question, the customer will need to follow up with PayPal and they will be able to provide further assistance.

The customer emailed in multiple times from the same email chain, and this will cause a delay our response time. We do recommend that customers only email us once, and then allow us to respond. I am rejecting this response because:If the USPS isn't responsible and Kylie Cosmetics is not responsible for the shipment of their products who is? I do not want their products after the ridiculous "customer service" their team  members provided me. I want my money refunded.

Hello, The return label sent pertains to the incorrect order that was received by the customer, and this is used for internal purposes only. Note that the return label is correct, and will ship correct to Kylie Cosmetics.

The Peoduct in question is AWFUL, the quality is horrible, and I refuse to be told that myOnly option is to replace one st tube of lipstick with a new tube of the same st lipstick. I will be sending back Kymajesty but I DO NOT want a replacement, I demand a refund

For order K1597865 unfortunately the specific issue was not relayed to the customer,  it looks like the post office never scanned or received the item, and the item never started moving with USPS. As the tracking information did not update, and this issue was fixed when the customer emailed in. For order K1700409 we can offer a one time courtesy replacement.

Our response time form emails is 24-48 hours. The customer continuously emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emails. We do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not responded to. For the customers order K4402306...

and tracking 94[redacted]4, according to usps.com "Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 4:56 pm on December 14, 2016 in LA CRESCENTA, CA 91214." As the customer requested the order has been delivered before Christmas.

However, it should be noted that the company was refusing to send a replacement package (which was my first request) and only did so once I filed a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. I was never advised to file a missing package claim! If I was properly advised on what to do by the company why would I waste my time trying to get into contact with a company that is not providng me straight forward answers. I was asked for the last digits used on my card and that was the last of the contact with Kylie cosmetics.
