Hello, For their 4/5 order K437089, on  4/22 the customer was advised that we had a system error and we needed to manually enter the order, and on 4/29 the customer was advised their order was still processing for shipment. Today 5/4 the customer was advised that their order had shipped...

and was provided the tracking number.

I am rejecting this response because: when I ordered the merchandise on the Kylie Cosmetics, by Kylie Jenner, I also signed up to become a customer when I placed the order and I am able to login to my account which was opened on the same day and time my money was stolen from me through my account.  Kylie Cosmetics, by Kylie Jenner is a fraudulent website that takes peoples credit card numbers and steals the purchase amount of money from unsuspecting customers and then claims that it is not their URL! When I go into my account it tells me that my order is still processing!  They are fraudulent!!

I am rejecting this response because:They switched up the order number on this complaint.  Currently Kylie Cosmetics has  6 open orders for me that they are not shipping.  The order I complained about is K3814842 it was
placed Nov 21, 2016 and not the order they are refrencing in their response.  That is the newest of 6 orders they are not
shipping and I have not yet said anything to Revdex.com about it.  21st to the 30th is not 3-5 business days.

I am rejecting this response because: I will wait to see if order arrives as stated. You wrote if order is placed by 12/17 it will arrive by Christmas. I placed the order on 12/14 and never received it by Christmas.

I am rejecting this response because: as mentioned before the goods are faulty and leaking from the bottle. I would not buy goods like this from a shop so why should I have to accept goods like this from an online seller?As mentioned for reasons of hygiene it isn't safe to use these products and I do not believe that Kylie Cosmetics can guarantee they have not been used as product is on the outside of the bottle.If the products in question had a little scuff or mark then I could accept that as 'roughed up in transit' but the packaging is severely damaged and the product is not contained within the bottles. They are not acceptable.

Thank you so much for working on this issue on your end and I hope that I will receive the replacement product. I will take their word on it, but am not hopeful. Thank you for addressing my issue, but I will never purchase anything from this company again. When I heard this company received an F rating, I believe that is more than fair for how they have addressed issues, but moving forward I hope this no longer happens to any customer. Their products are too expensive for it to carry on a bad reputation and terrible customer service. Thanks again.
