Earlier today we contacted ***'s HRA manager Diane and she verified the payment was not cashed so she will issue a stop payment on it and issue a new paymentDiane's expectation is for the payment to be sent within business days but she also agreed to contact us if more time would be neededOnce we receive the payment we will promptly post it to ***'s account.In the interm, we offer an apology to both the Revdex.com and *** for the length of time needed to resolve this matter though some circumstances were beyond our controlThere is no further action *** needs to take on this matter other than allowing time for the new payment to be received and applied to his accountThe current $balance has been temporarily removed from his responsibility while we wait for payment so there is no possibility of it going to third party collections.Please accept this notification as proof of our attempt to resolve this matter and accept our request to close this complaint

Revdex.com of WisconsinJanuary 2018RE: Aurora Health Care complaint *** Revdex.com, Andres has again rejected our response to his complaint and it appears we have reached an impasse with him.In his latest response, Andres stated again that he has not received a bill for $and that he will only agree to pay a portion of the $billed charge for his daughter's ER visit.As explained previously, the $is the doctor's charge for his daughters visit and that charge was reduced to $after the account was sent to collectionsSo Andres is correct that he wasn't billed that amount directly from Aurora.With regards to the $charge, that amount has already been discussed in depth as wellThis is a valid charge for the services his daughter received that has been sent to collections for non-paymentAndres still has the option of working with the collection agency directly for arrangements but Aurora does not negotiate balances owedHe will remain responsible for the amounts billed to him

Jeffrey *** first of all this gentleman just lied I never requested at least a partial refund so that should tell you right there how horrible this company is!! And just because insurance company excepts it doesn't mean the patient Does! Maybe that's half the problem this company thinks they can do whatever they wants because insurance will pay for whatever so they just charge you whatever they want to I still request a full refund and I think the Revdex.com should really look into Aurora's billing practices that's what should be going on right now they should be investigate! Because that comment about the insurance company should tell you right there they are just out to gouge what ever they can get and he put it down in his statement, and actually I told him that we will be filing a complaint with the Wisconsin board of medicine, Against this doctor for emotional distress because they actually consider a sliver removal surgery looking through my sons paperwork we never received any post surgery treatment Care so this might be actually be malpractice because he was never told,he was getting a surgical procedure done! So this is the reason we do not except this

Medical cost are to high to be paying for not needed serviceMy Doctor sent me to the foot Doctor for a foot exam onlyThis Doctor checked my feet and found a good pulse and every thing else was goodHe found no problemsMedicare and I paid this bill.Neither my doctor nor the foot doctor found any problemsI have seen several doctors since 1-16-and not one of these had any concern about my feet.I have cut my own nails all my life without any problems.The only reason my nails were cut was to create a billThere was no medical reason for my nails being cutMy nails were not long at that timeThere was no reason to cut them for any reasonI cut them last week and it toke me less than minutes.There are no problems with my feet and I should not have to pay for a not needed service I feel I was taken advantage off

But I will stress the voicemail mentioned by Aurora was left on an old home phone number which I have not had used for over a year as it was disconnectedThe bills from November and Dececember did not mention anything about an overdue account which was being sent to collectionsIn fact I received a bill in January then the following day a letter from the collections agencyEven the January bill did not mention anything about an overdue account or an account being in defaultI think this is very poor customer service on Aurora's part

I never received a link when you re-opened this, sorry, I didn't know how to get into it to respond. When it is open, I don't know what I am supposed to do, I signed the consent for to allow the hospital to send you information, but that is the last I knew what my steps are. Sorry if this is confusing, I was expecting to see another email with a link after our conversation last time, I never received that... Thanks,

I have reviewed *** ***’s spouse ***’s concerns and discussed them with her. I apologized for the miscommunication regarding their coverage through EyeMed and the inconvenience with the time it took to resolve this concern. During our conversation I offered
an additional one-time service recovery write off in the amount of $in addition to the original $write off already taken. *** accepted this offer and made a credit card payment over the phone for $118.27. We had a very nice conversation and I e-mailed to *** a detailed bill of the charge, adjustments and her payment indicating a current zero balance for these services. I also provided *** my direct phone number to call me with any further questions or concerns

This issue is really not complex at allI am not an aurora healthcare customerI have not been an aurora healthcare customer, And at this point I do not plan on being oneWith all due respect it is their responsibility to bill their patients/customers and not pass mistakes off as complex because their patient happens to be a JrYes I am indeed skeptical this has been taken care ofI only happened to even know about this after coming across it via my credit report in Jan After numerous phone calls and time off of work to get this cleared up aurora did admit a mistake and pulled it from that collection agencyOnly to have it placed with another collection agency after I had been assured this matter was taken care of. I have asked aurora to produce to two documents One: Being a document where it actually shows my son having used my information even though Aurora did indeed have my sons current addresss, phone number, date of birth and also his insurance informationTwo: I would like Aurora to admit their mistake in writing and state that this account is not mine nor has it ever been mine or my responsibilityThat it was indeed placed to a collection agency wrongly thus affecting my creditAgain yes I am very skeptical after being assured multiple times over the last months that this was taken care of. Until Aurora can give me these documents this matter will not be fully resolved.
