A hard inquiry, that I didn't authorize, was placed on all credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian) on 10/06/2016, and 5/3/ The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone's credit is for: AFirm offer of credit BInsurance CEmployment DCourt Order These credit inquiries are related to non of the aforementioned permissible

On April 1st, 2016, I took my 2007 Dodge Magnum in to the Bob Caldwell Dodge Chrysler dealer for 2 recalls. Upon arrival, I was told that there was only 1 active recall and proceeded to address that single issue without addressing the second recall. After working on the recall, the service representative suggested I do a transmission fluid and filter service, along with an emission system service totaling $403.01. Being as cautious as I am with my vehicle, I accepted. My car was returned to me a couple of hours later and I drove a not even a quarter mile out of the dealership and my car shut down on me. I immediately called the dealership and explained my situation and the service representative stated that that was not a normal occurrence and should not have happened. He also stated that there may be some residue inside the transmission that caused the car to stall and it may be a temporary issue. I had taken my Jeep Cherokee to *** downtown They told me my tailer wire was causing a short in the circuitryThey rewired, it worked for a moment and then went back to not working They then replaced a circuit board that controlled the right rear brake light, which they order from the dealer, they changed it but the brake light and door lock problem remainedAfter $250, I took it to Bob Chrysler At last for $400, all window, door locks and interior lights work again Thanks **

My husband and I purchased a used *** CR-V in January When we purchased the vehicle, our salesman (Chris), told us that the car had been cleared by the dealership mechanics with everything in working orderWe specifically asked about air conditioning, since it was winter and could not be reliably tested, and he assured us it was fineMid-spring, we noticed that the air was blowing out hot while the AC was on, and so we took it in to the dealership within the 90-day warranty window on April 5th
When we arrived at our appointment, an employee from the service department told us that air conditioning issues may or may not be covered, and we would need to discuss the issue with the sales staff We entered the sales floor and spoke with multiple representatives about the issue and were continually passed off from person to person They told us that some AC issues are covered under the day warranty while others may not be They also told us that we would may need t
