i’d just like to say that working with Shane T*** was a pleasure and an honor! he was a gentleman, honest and swift!

I took my Chrysler van in for routine maintenance I was given an estimate of the cost, which was accurateI was given an estimate of how long it would take, which was right onThey have a shuttle driver who would have taken me a place to eat or home and would have picked me upI declined and waited in their waiting roomAll the work done was explained to meMost of all I appreciated the friendliness of service representative

The service at Bob Caldwell was excellent , completed in a timely manner & Lenny Jo F* , Service Writer , is very professional , provided an accurate written estimate and kept me informed of the repairs

Good fast services

I bought a brand new Jeep on January 31st, Within a week it started having starting issuesWhen I would drive it for awhile, turn it off and then go to start it up, it would not startI took it in to get serviced, they inspected it and said everything was fine so I left thinking maybe it was just randomThe next day it did the same thingI called them back and they said if it happens again , get it towed inThe following day it happened again so I got it towed inAfter a couple of days , the service manager got the Jeep to replicate the issue and they said it was a sensor on the starter that was badThey replaced the sensorA few days later, it started happening againI took it in again a week ago and they said it was some module they had to orderA week later they said that part didn’t correct the issue so they have to keep testing itI have had the Jeep for days and it’s been in the shop of them, broken down close to times out of the other daysIt’s a huge inconvenience because when it happens, I have to sit stranded and wait for the engine to cool down for minutes before it will start back upI have a year old son who I have been stranded with times now and other times on my ownAt this point I just want to trade it in for another Jeep because something isn’t right on this oneThe only options they gave me were to continue to try to fix the issue which is a huge inconvenience and should not be happening on a brand new Jeep, trade it in and take a negative value equity hit to apply to my new Jeep, or open a case with Chrystler to go through with the lemon lawThis is just ridiculous and it’s been a horrible experienceBrand new Jeep should not be having these issues and I should not be getting the run around like I amI had to open a complain with the attorney general office and open a case with Chrysler which has gotten me nowhere either

Bob C*** is by far the best dealership that I've been tooDuring my car buying journey, I've visited different dealerships and none compared to the customer service, knowledge, and professionalism that this dealer showed meThey made my car buying experience a very enjoyable experience, and they got me an awesome deal on my new Jeep RenegadeIf you are looking to buy a new car I most definitely recommend visiting Bob C*** to help you in your processThey are truly AMAZING!!!
