I have been a long term customer with Bob Caldwell Automotive I just bought my 3rd new car there I have also used their service department many times and their body shop a couple of times They have always provided reliable service and are great to deal with

I have to say it was probably the best car buying I ever did easy to work with and took good care of us I give them an A+ FOR SURE the battery was dead on the car and needed jumped we asked for a new battery to be sure it was gonna be good no problem they put a new one it I would buy from again when I need my next vehicle salesman Robert was very nice to us as everybody else

Bob Caldwell is always my preferred place for maintenance on my car They are actually less expensive and faster on things like any oil change I never feel pressured or like I'm being tricked

I purchased a Smart in May from Bob CaldwellHillary was so nice and understanding of my busy scheduleI test drove twice and purchasedBut day two I had issues with the car and called HillaryShe sent a tow truck to pick up my car and gave me a loaner until car was fixedThey were great!!!

bought a car january 7th drove off lot put windshield wipers on later that night and engine light came onthey were closed so I called next day at store where I bought itmy salesmen joe was helpful said probably something in electric bring down tuesday when I get the car back from daughter because I bought it for her to drive to college.first time she drove it on monday the turn signals stopped working, radio went in and out heat stopped working and lights flickeredengine light came back onmy wife called they said do not drive it and they towed it infinally after a week on jan they said it was done picked it up at got into car turned wipers on as I was leaving and engine light came onI went right back in *** the sales guy drove it around the block and the seat belt lights kept blinking and airbag light came onthe engine light was still on.they give me a used jeep to drive and took it back to fixtoday it is february and I still have not got it backi have had

I brought my vehicle to this dealership for repair after being rear-ended in an accident There was $worth of damage done to my brand new vehicle and I wanted to be certain the repairs were done correctly so I chose a Jeep dealership I am disappointed with the alignment of my lift gate as well as the way I was treated at the body shop The body shop had my vehicle for days When I got my vehicle back it was clear the lift gate was not aligned properly The lift gate did not match on both sides at the bottom where the gate comes down The glass on both sides also did not match on both sides...one side I can stick my finger through a gap between the glass and the vehicle, the other side I can not Also, the rear panels that were replaced were not aligned correctly....you can barely see this...but that's not the point The explanation I was given is that there is a lot of adjusting that goes on with these things I don't doubt it But you're a Jeep dealership, do the adjustments, get them correct I leave the vehicle overnight (this is now days they have had my vehicle) and when I get it back the alignment of the glass is even worse This is brushed off by the gentleman I'm getting my vehicle from He tells me they backed mine next to a new Jeep and there's barely any difference Barely any difference? I can't stick my finger in between the glass & body of the vehicle on any other Jeep I've pulled next to When I asked him if I need to go somewhere else he shrugged and told me I have to do what I have to do It's disappointing to specifically chose a Jeep dealership for repairs and be treated as if the amount of adjusting that needs done is not their issue, but mine I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light $worth of damage I wish I had gone somewhere else for repairsThe only positive of this experience is that the issues appear to be completely cosmetic I am having the vehicle checked out by the dealership where I purchased the vehicle so I have peace of mind the rest of the work I'm told was done was actually done The manager of the body shop was very nice He was engaging & I had felt like once I left my vehicle there the second time the issues would be resolved When I went back he had already left for the day and the gentleman I dealt with couldn't have been more put out Overall I'm not happy with Bob Caldwell on Morse and will not be recommending them OR returning

We purchased a used car from the dealership and shortly thereafter noticed a problemWe initially had some communication challenges, but once we were able to talk with Mark C in the service department he was very dedicated to getting the problem fixedWe are very pleased with and thankful for this positive outcome

I WAS LEAD TO BELEAVE THAT I COULD GET A NEW VAN ON A LEASE TO BUY IF MY WIFE Was on the app after doing this they came backwith a used car with miles on it then I am told that a lease to buy would cost me a month they never said that before everthing went south the general mgr would not take my calls the reason for a lease to own is I have negitave money in my current car they are not very customer friendly

I have been having issues with a Dodge Journey that I purchased in The vehicle would randomly decide not to turn onI took it back to the original dealer via tow and was informed it was due to a bad batterythis did not resolve the issue I received a recall notice regarding the WIN moduleI chose to go to a Chrysler/dodge location as they would have better knowledge of my vehicle and how to service it I took the car in for this repair in 11/and informed Caldwell service reps that the vehicle was having an issue with not startingI was advised that the recall repair would fix the issue The car worked for approximately 3wks before the issue began againI took the vehicle in to Caldwell in 1/After several days, I was told they could not find any problem with my car and charged me over $to tell me thisOn 3/19/my vehicle again would not start up as I was parked in a parking lotI had to have my vehicle towed to Caldwell locationI was told that

I had Shane as my salesman, the guy was awesome!!! It was also great because he owned the same Renegade I was looking at so he literally knew everything about itI looked a compass as well and he was knowledgeable in that as wellHe was friendly, down to earth, honest and sped the process up which was amazingHe said it would be a couple hours and it was about 2.5hrs for the whole processSTRONGLY STRONGLY Recommend himMamun I hope I am getting his name correct who was the sales manger and my finance guy were great to work with as well!! Because of the lack of repair specialists, I needed to secure a rental carThe manager said, "I will get you a rentalUnderstand, if repairs aren't covered by warranty, you'll have to pay the rental charges."
