On Sunday, I went in to the dealership at Morse Rd, but the Dart I wanted to see wasn't thereOn Tuesday, I went to Dublin Granville at about 3:pm and didn't get out till about 7:pm or pmI bought a car on Our sales rep Brandon told us the person who brought the car in just wanted a new Jeep and there was nothing wrong with the Chevy CruzI felt pressured to purchase this car, it wasn't the car I came in to look atI wanted to look at the Dodge DartHe never showed me the DartWe went on a test drive, there was no check engine light onHe kept telling me it was the best carThere was another Chevy Cruz on the lot that I wanted to see, but he said this was the car I wanted.  The car was dirty and Brandon kept saying he could detail it, but he never did, he said the shop was closedHe kept I asked for a Car Fax but didn't receive itWe purchased two warrantiesThe check engine light came on 9.6.18, so I called them and they told me to bring the car back on

Our first visit to this Dealership was very satisfying and pleasantThey treated us with respectGave all the information clearly without any sales pressureThe sales person, the manager was very courteous and helping in nature
We would recommend this dealership to any one without hesitation

Lenora was my service advisor and I can't say enough about how great she was! Multiple problems with a van we purchased that were brought to their attention before purchasing the vehicle they said they would fix them and have not delivered
They kept our vehicle for days and put us in a loaner and fixed nothing said they knew there was issues with the vehicle before selling it to us and that it will cost to much to fix

I have been using the services of this company since a Since then, I took my van there for oil changes and a few repairsDue to certain problems with the quality of their service, I started to take my van to *** instead, at least for oil changesIn July however, I decided to take it back to BC when I started experiencing problems with my RPM, it went from to rpm while driving on the highway at 60mphI took the van to Bob Caldwell immediately and the person who called me to follow up said that they needed to upgrade the van’s software and that would fix the issue They said this was not covered by the warranty so I paid the service and went on my way The problem was never fixed but since they said they did a software upgrade we thought it may need a few runs before it runs smoothly, like restating a computerboth my husband and I work so we only use the mini van on the weekends so we didn’t catch that the problem continued until a few weeks after thatUnfortunately

I purchased my car from another dealer in Columbus, but I wasn't satisfied with the experience lately so I thought I would give Bob Caldwell a try It was a great experience from being greeted upon arrival to being called with the progress of my service to being ready when promised I would highly recommend Them based upon my experience

We got a car from Bob Caldwell North and I only had the car a week I changed my mind because I feel for the payment I am paying I should have a new car not usedSo when I was signing the paperwork at my job, I asked the sells man Tyme, because the finance manager wasn't the person presenting my contract to me, if I change my mind could I return the vehicle and get my down payment and my trade in back and he said yesSo when I called him and went up there because I want to return the vehicle and he said he would call me back, which he never didSo I spoke to my mom about it and she called both locations (Morse Rd and 1-61) and no one at that time called her back so she decided to go up to Bob CaldwellShe went to Morse Rd 1st, the guy there told her to go to 1-and talk to the manager AaronAaron told my mom that there was nothing they could do because the loan was already funded and that they had sold my trade in to an auction the day that I called wanting to bring the vehicle backMy mom looked online and my trade in was never sold to auction, but still on Bob Caldwell's propertyI called the finance company and they told me that the loan could be rescinded if Bob Caldwell would return the check, and without hesitation the answer was NOAaron then went on to say that finance companies tell customers that but it's impossible to doIn this case someone is lying because why would a reputable bank lie to a customer? I take responsibility for signing a contract with Bob Caldwell because I thought that I was dealing with honest men but I'm left with a car that I probably can't afford but it's my fault because I didn't ask questions to the finance manager, that wasn't even in front of me when I was signing paperworkInstead I asked the middle man that they sent and he's answering questions that he had no business answering in the first place (according to Aaron when I spoke with him in tears during an anxiety attack Friday 10/14/16)So how was I to know that the answers to my questions were inaccurate, seeing that they sent him with the paperwork I'm guessing thinking I wasn't going to ask questionsOverall I will NEVER do business with Bob Caldwell AGAIN, which is sad because just last year I bought the vehicle I traded in and my experience was amazingAnd for the sake of their business they should probably reconsider the 1-location and how they're handling business because all I gather is that they are con artist just looking for a way to make "a couple of dollars" not caring about what happens afterOne day their children will get the same treatment and I hope my situation comes to mind to remind them of how shady they were to young individuals making rushed decisions and asking questions to the person they send to do their dirty work

They used my information to pull my credit score after I had left the dealership, after telling them I wasn't intending on doing anything that dayI had even asked for reassurance that nothing would be done with my information and was told "oh no, of course nothing will be done"Well with that being said they did do a hard hit on my creditSo now, still in the market for a new truck, my credit has dropped by pointsI think from a stand point of being in the business of sales honesty is one thing you will not find a Bob CaldwellI am completely disgusted in the way my visit went
On a side note I've called probably times trying to get a reason for this and no one has gotten back to meI've been told I'll get back with you first thing in the morning, come to find out the person telling me that doesn't even work that following dayTerrible is the only way to describe how my experience was
I was told by Randy that under no circumstances with my credit to be pulledI

I went in to just test drive and after setting and conversing with hillary she was able to get me my dream car in my price range and it's the greatest decision I've made and I thank youThis is where you should go for cars

I purchased a used Silverado truck from this dealershipIt only had 55,miles at purchase dateWe asked Cindy, the salesperson if the vehicle had been inspected and is in good conditionThe carpet behind the drivers seat appeared to have water damageWe were worried the truck had been flooded and now being soldCindy assured us, that "EVERYTHING", was working properlyThe finance department suggested we purchase the highest extended warranty to protect our purchase(We agreed because being a 2008, we need some sort of insurance.) The truck is 24,and this is a large amount to pay for a vehicleWe only purchased this vehicle because we had trust in this dealership and its sales people

On August I purchased a Hyundai Sonata, the vehicle was filthy so I was unable to test drive it, and it was some work that needed to be doneMy car was finally ready Sept 12, and when I picked it up I then noticed some more exterior work that needed to be done, I dropped my car back off Sept When I noticed the additional exterior work I immediately called the sales agent Quinton S*** and let him know I would be bringing my vehicle back up thereHere it is Oct 6, which is officially weeks, I sent emails to the sales manager and general sales manager notifying them of my disappoint in the company and with them being so unprofessional by not calling and updating me on the vehicleAgain here it is Oct 6, and its days away from my car payment being due and I've only had my vehicle days since I purchased the vehicleHad I know there was that much work needed to be done to the vehicle then I wouldn't of purchased it, I don't mind making my own car payment
