Our salesman was Xavier and he was Super Very helpful, courteous, answered all questions, and did all he could to get us what we were looking for and also very pleasant! He introduced us to Tim, one of the managers, showed us the service department, introduced us to Shane in service, and helped us become familiar with their facilities!! We were very pleased and got the vehicle we were looking for! FANTASTIC job everyone!!! Stars!
I have not had a buying experience that was as expedient as this one! I made an appointment as was recommendedWe showed up and the car was right up front and ready to go! After the test drive, the paper work was done fast and we were on our way!
Had a great experience recently with this dealership I had not received a lug nut tool at purchase of my Jeep, last year, and their service department got me right in (no appointment) and fixed the issue for no charge That is excellent customer service and I will and would recommend them to all my friends and family
I purchased a new Jeep Renegade in Dec I am so pleased with this vehicle and more pleased with the great salesperson, Jimmy M*** , who helped me Jimmy listened to my needs, he took his time and Showed me many options He was so respectful of my questions and treated me with the greatest kindness I would truly recommend him as the salesperson to see I would also like to say, when I changed phones, the agency told me to stop in anytime and they would help me pair my new phone with my Jeep I did stop by and Shane helped with the new phone connection He also is a real asset to this dealership, very polite and knowledgeable
The service staff at Bob Caldwell is incredible! They are competent and make the experience not acceptable but also enjoyableThanks for taking such great care of my vehicle and of me!
When the car was purchased a 3rd party service warranty was purchased with a few weeks a request was faxed in to cancel the requestA e-mail was sent to me that is was cancelled the business was called Warranty Group stated that a check from the dealer would need to send the refund check to the bank to reduce my principle balance with my bank still to date the refund has not be sent to the bankI have made several calls to the business no return calls the manager has been called still no refund it has been over 12months The cancel request was sent 08/ I have a string of e-mail and cancel Request the check of 4k charged and paid for in my loan agreement was not sent to the bank

On April 16, 2018, I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service at Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Morse Road, Columbus Oh to fix both the power windows and the dome lightThey fixed the issues but directly after this appointment, the air conditioning stopped working properly They charges me $to fix the issue However, it still did not work
I took the car back in for service on the air conditioning on April 27, They charged me $and said it was not fixed and blowing cold air However, the next day it was still was still blowing hot air Because they were so busy, I had to wait a week to bring my Jeep back in for service They then estimated that it would cost $to get a whole new air conditioning unit with no explanation and no refund for the total $I spent so far on the air conditioning unit
At the very least, they should have refunded my money for not fixing the issue

I received a call from one of the service managers the very next morningWe discussed what my expectations were and he assured me that my truck would be properly repaired I appreciate that Joe in the service department went the extra mile and saved about a week off the the repair!
Everything is great and I will certainly be back for service and my next truck!!
I brought my Sebring to Bob Caldwell yesterday because of random engine misfiring that occurred on SundayThey were able to get me in to see a tech to fix whatever was causing the problem early Tuesday morning, which was the earliest I could get there The problem was only my spark plugs which was a fairly inexpensive repair They are always honest about what I need to have repaired or replaced and I won't take my car to any other dealerThey are the best!
