In early January 2016, my husband and I took our Dodge Journey in for service, while it was still under warranty and we also described a pulsating feeling we were feeling when applying the breaks Upon pickup, we were informed that the breaks were not checked because the mileage was too low for anything to be wrong with the breaks Also, when the service representative pulled the car to the front lot, driving way too fast, I heard an awful noise coming from the car Come to find out the front driver's side tire was completely flat and the service representative failed to notice this BEFORE or AFTER driving the car At that time, I was upset and began working with the service department manager via email about the issue He offered to give us a free full synthetic oil change whenever the car needed it next
Most recently, on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016, I dropped the car off to have the oil change done and the breaks checked, since now there was an awful noise coming from the fron

These credit inquiries are related to non of the aforementioned permissible

I felt I was taken advantage off during the dealGranted when I arrived at the dealer, my SUV transmission had already damaged, I did not have any transportation to get back home and I know they knew itI was dismayed and surprised by the way I was treated by Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service guy (Randy ***) with whom I signed the contract with When I arrived to the dealer, I thought Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was a reputable dealer that I was could have to trusted to buy my SUV, "no they were not." Instead, when they quoted me a lesser price for the SUV before I signed the contact, I realized they increase the price during the contract signing when I asked Randy *** to go over the contract with me slowly, instead of rushing through the contract, he belittled me, and then he was disrespectful towards meAs I pointed out I was over charged, he became flustered with anger, and then he rudely asked me to leave his office
