This is the worst company I have had to deal withThere are so many things wrong for one they do not respond to maintanence issuesI have taken them to small claimsI would not puchase thier merchandise if I had none the difficulties

On 1/7/purchased a water treatment system from *** ***, regional sales managerInstallation occurred that dayHowever, the installer was unable to complete the installation because he needed a part sent up from californiaEverything was functional except the system was not hooked up to our icemaker as promisedInstaller indicated installation would take place within the next few weeks
Additionally included in the sale pitch was a supply of Pure and Gentle soap products mailed to us*** indicated that generally delivery took weeks to occur
On 2/1/Text send to *** asking for an update as to where the products were and when the icemaker would be connectedHe replied that day stating he'd look into it==> we never heard anything more
On 2/14/Texted again with no reply
Called *** more times and spoke with him twice during the month of feb and marchEach time being assured it would get worked out(one point indicating the soaps had gone to the wron

Apollotek has the best water treatments systems in the countryThey are very easy to use and water quality is greatEvery time I need maintenance they send a technician right away, they are very professional and ethicalI recommend this business to other consumers who are thinking of buying a water treatment system

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not yet satisfactory to me Most of the statements provided by the company are lies, but I did receive the product yesterdayI received a call from the same representative that has assisted me in arranging the deliveryI told him I noticed some of the boxes looked as if the product was leakingI have not had a chance to double check the bottles to ensure everything is intactI did tell him I was going to give him a reply in two daysI will provide him with an answer by tomorrow 9/2/I would like to keep this complaint open until I ensure all of the product is intact. If it is, I will consider this complaint resolved

We just received the phone call from Mrs *** and we responded immediatelyWe called her several times and at some point her voice mail was full and we were finally able to reach her on 08/30 and we are more than happy to have it
delivered to herBase on our records the local representative tried to reach the customer to deliver their soap package gift and they were not able to find themMrs *** probably called our sales and manufacturing department which they are at a different location and they instructed her to contact the customer service department, but unfortunately she never contacted the customer service department until nowThe manufacturing department will not be able to help her even if she calls numerous time.but we are happy and delighted that we were able to contact her and she is taken care of

The product itself is great but definitely not worth the cash. There were many promises made when we initially purchased the system. We were told we will be sent a email to start getting laundry detergent, soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and many other items. Well unfortunately we never received the email or products. My husband and I contacted the owner a few times just to get the run around but nothing was handled. These people are scams and and full of lies. Please peoples please don’t waste your money or time with this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have had the issue(s) I was experiencing resolved at no cost to me.  I disagree with the business' response that the issue was about me not wanting to pay for maintenance.  Actually, if you look at my complaint, it is because they have repeatedly missed scheduled appointments for service with me (they only use contractors for their field support staff), they do not return calls in a timely fashion (I left 3 messages over a week before anyone returned my call).  My issue is, and perhaps this will change as they have a new customer service manager, that they need to be more accessible, return calls promptly and stress the importance with their private contractors about showing up on time and keeping appointments.  Additionally, I have advised them that their selection for customer service on their phone line, is an endless loop that never gets you to anyone.  They advised that they will fix this.  The truth of the matter will come the next time I place a service call.  I can't tell if publishing a complaint with the Revdex.com pushed my issue up the chain or if they are serious about treating customers with respect and prompt attention.  Only time will tell.  But, as for now, this matter is satisfactorily resolved.

DO NOT fall for this SCAM. It is a waste of money & a total crock. These so-called water purification companies like to prey on new homeowners with these water conditioning scams. They perform these silly little science experiments to make you believe something is wrong with your water & con you into buying their system which is supposedly so much better (it isn’t!). The water specialist they sent out, Darko Bogavac, came out to conduct a water test. The test is of course staged & he messed up really bad on a part of the demo & clearly didn’t know what he was talking about, especially since he couldn’t explain why the experiment didn’t do what it was supposed to do...LOL. These so-called water specialists are specially trained to do these magic tricks with water when the water dispensing machine or water purifier you already have is just fine. You’re better of purchasing a system at Home Depot, if you really want something that’s legit. I was supposed to receive a complimentary $75 Vons gift card for my time also & they never sent it. Do your research on companies like this out there & these bogus water scams that they operate, there is more than just one out there. Aqua Pro is another company just like Apollotek, offering the same exact thing. The only difference is one is $1,000 more than the other one, for the same exact thing. DO NOT fall for their tricks, just take the free gift they offer for your time with the water test demo & move on.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it weird that I received this notice today. My husband (whom they previously said was not on the "list" of people to talk to).........was contacted on Friday February 19th 2016 at approximately 6pm by Apollotek because they received a certified letter that I sent to them requesting the unit's removal. I sent it certified because I have been requesting the removal for several months with no avail. So, you can understand why I would need proof of my request. The call was to schedule removal of the system! I thought we were getting somewhere however each time a date of removal was being discussed we were mysteriously disconnected and I would have to be the one to try calling them back. This happened three times before I was able to actually set a date and time. We agreed on Tuesday February 23rd at 9am. The time came and went and I have yet to hear from the company, I took time off work to be here for the scheduled removal. I am rejecting their response and want it to be documented that I AM being SINCERE and cooperative. If Apollotek wants their merchandise back they are more than welcome to come get it, I have been more than cooperative. Furthermore, their response to my complaint is insulting and condiscending. customer service is apparently not their strong suit. I did NOT sign a contract on the date the machine was installed as I was working and my husband was home (again he is not on the list) it was not until they had to return to repair damage that was done to my house that I even saw a contract. As I stated in my certified letter to them they have wasted enough of my time and I am no longer interested in spending a second more on this issue.

    department verified with him and went over all terms and conditions and he understood his contracts terms and conditions.
    He also verified with castle credit special verification department as they always take a very firm verification process before they purchase
    any contracts and [redacted] agreed and accepted his terms and conditions with the finance Company
    [redacted] speaks fluent English and  also signed all legal contracts relating his terms and conditions. His contracts have been verified
    in numerous occasions wit us and also with the finance Company. His minimum payment is $100 and is a revolving credit line and can
    pay it off with no prepayment penalty.
   [redacted] has a wonderful water system and truly helps him to save substantial money in addition to get better health to him and his family.
    his water system is state of the art technology system, we have over 56000 customers nationwide  and every single customers claim that
   their Apollotek water system has been the most intelligent decision they have made in their life.

This service and issue has been resolved. This issue had nothing to do with the products or its function as the adaptor placed on the tubing was overtightened by someone else that we do not...

know       and caused tremendous pressure on the tubing. We replaced it with the new tubing and it functions well.

As far as I know I did not verify anything over the phone and was bullied into using [redacted] since that part was done after the install happened.  They provided me with a signed paper for the system but the signature does not match my signature at all.  I am on record with [redacted] how unhappy I was with the terms.  At this point [redacted] is in able to provide me with the required documents for verification like my license or SS card.  The sales man that sold me the system did not give us an option to find another bank or fiancé company to get a lower rate.  I was also quoted that I would have free maintain r on any issue for the first year and limited after that.  I have put in multiple calls per month trying to get someone out here to look at the system since months end on the second month and every month since.  The system is not running correctly and no one calls me back or comes out to fix it.  The salesman has told me 22 times now that this Friday someone will be out to look at it and never once have they come.  If you have this info that you have me on record and not our shady salesman or his friend please send me a copy.

Mrs  [redacted] is absolutely right ,She signed her legal documents and contracts after a few days once the systems were installed and again she agreed with all her terms and conditions and she also agreed with her products installation   and completion form stating she was very happy and satisfied. We are happy that she admitted with signing all documents including her installation and completion form as We have her signature on all forms. Her statement has not been   consistent and truthful as if she needs service, we are more than happy to provide it for her. We have over 55875 customers nationwide and we do not have one single complaint at this time, unfortunately at this time she is the only unhappy one   out of 55875 customers.  Our customers are extremely happy and satisfied with the products and service. Our customer service department have outstanding customer service records and have been able to maintain an A+ and keep    every one happy. It is very odd and strange to have one customer out of 55875 to be unhappy, unless Mrs [redacted] is using this tactics to be able to cancel her contracts. We have a legal contracts and are able to enforce it, but since we    have amazing customer service record we decided to cancel this contracts after several months and are hoping she will come back to us someday in the future and join other 55875 happy customers.

We have already sent the information and instruction on how to change to English. this process takes less than 30 seconds and hopefully she has been able to do it. KYK is world number one ionizer and has over 1.5 million      customers worldwide. many large and reputable hospitals are using their machine worldwide and there has not been one single professional negative feedback from anyone whatsoever. every professional source has endorsed and provided with great positive feedback and many Doctors and professional medical experts have already confirmed KYK products to be the number one ionizer in this planet. The instruction on how to work with the machine is in owner's manual and all over youtube. We will follow up with her to make sure she has been able to do it.

Unfortunately Mr [redacted] has not been truthful about the entire issue. They purchased their water softener over a year ago and according to what they told us, they disconnected their
    system last April. Water softeners are not any new...

technology and almost every single water softener has been documented by all professional sources to target Chlorine and remove Calcium and    Magnesium from the water. the function and process is called ionic exchange. Their water softener's valve is manufactured by Clack valve as they are world's number one control system valve in the world
    and they carry highest certification by NSF and they are also USA made and is currently under warranty. The body pf the water softener has all NSF components and should last min 20 years and
    has life time warranty with the exclusion of labor, trip charge or shipment.
    again My [redacted] has disconnected their system and has emailed us requesting to take their system back. We do not truly understand what they want as if they have any legitimate service issue we will
    be happy to evaluate and take care of it if is system related. My [redacted] needs to understand that the system does not belong to us as is their system and they purchased over one year ago.
    Our obligation falls to provide any legitimate issue with the water system only. We made several hard special arrangement to send a technician to their home, but unfortunately they made it clear
    that the system is disconnected and there is no need to service. We truly value our customers and would love to help Mr [redacted], but we will not be able to proceed if My [redacted] keeps avoiding
    our service department. There is absolutely no doubt that all water softeners work and Mr [redacted] can truly benefit from their water system to get nice clean soft water and protect their plumbing,
    appliances and his family and as we mentioned the water softeners have been around over 70 years and every one knows that they work and they are not any new technology.
    We can provide Mr [redacted] with more information on Clack valve control system and their water system with NSF components and educate them with their functions and also provide him with the
    service if there is any legitimate service issue and are eager to assist them. We are also going to send them a letter and continue to approach them and and we are hopeful he assists us
    to resolve their issues, but unfortunately till now we do not have any legitimate service issue until we have access to their water system.
