I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As far as I know I did not verify anything over the phone and was bullied into using [redacted] since that part was done after the install happened.  They provided me with a signed paper for the system but the signature does not match my signature at all.  I am on record with [redacted] how unhappy I was with the terms.  At this point [redacted] is in able to provide me with the required documents for verification like my license or SS card.  The sales man that sold me the system did not give us an option to find another bank or fiancé company to get a lower rate.  I was also quoted that I would have free maintain r on any issue for the first year and limited after that.  I have put in multiple calls per month trying to get someone out here to look at the system since months end on the second month and every month since.  The system is not running correctly and no one calls me back or comes out to fix it.  The salesman has told me 22 times now that this Friday someone will be out to look at it and never once have they come.  
If you have this info that you have me on record and not our shady salesman or his friend please send me a copy.

Mrs [redacted] purchased her whole house water treatment systems and signed her legal contracts and understood her terms and conditions. She also signed the installation worksheet expressing her complete satisfaction with the   products and installation...

and we understand she speaks fluent English, signing all her legal contracts. Unfortunately she decided to cancel after 90 days which is far beyond her three days cancellation. She has not been honest   and sincere about the whole process. Since we deeply care for our customers, we have decided to remove our systems and we are hoping to get full cooperation from her to remove our products.

[This is not true. The tubing was placed on by your company and has not been altered in anyway. This is the second time the tubing had to be replaced. The product is not as described. Yet when you sent your technician [redacted] to my home he did not know how to fix all of the issues I have with this machine. He did not know how to change the language. As the machine voice is speaking in a language other than English or Spanish and he did not know how to fix that. I then received a call from [redacted] who said he would have [redacted] to call me and work with me over the phone to change it, and guess what. I'm still waiting for that phone call. Your business and product is not as you claim it to be. Your customer service is unsatisfactory. I should not be paying for a machine that I can not get proper service on. Please Revdex.com help me, as this company is grossly overpriced and over chargers their customers and they provide mediocre customer service. Please check my file with this company and how many times I have called to have this issue resolved. I can provide call logs and text messages of me contacting this company on several occasions to find myself here going through a third party. If I do not find satisfaction with my complaint then I will have to purse other option to resolve this matter. Since I've sold my previous water filter machine for this product and it's been horrible ever since I've made the purchase.  ]

As of 8/16/2016 I have yet to see a technician or even recieve a phone call from the company. Yes, I had to remove the system! The water was contaminated with black particles, am I supposed to let my family drink that water??? No thanks. Every time I talk to them they make it seem like they are willing to help but at the end of the day nothing gets done. Like I said before, the problem with the dirty water was April of 2016, I called them and nothing was done about it. They don't care about the well being of their customers. I had to call and keep insisting to talk to a manager or the owner and still nothing is getting done regarding my issue. All I hear is that they don't have enough employees and that they can't obligate the sub-contractors to work. That shouldn't be the customers problem if you ask me. Regards,[redacted]

Mr [redacted] signed a legal documents stating and understanding his terms and conditions, in addition    to that we have a verification form signed by [redacted] that there was no high pressure sales and also that he was happy and satisfied and also agreed with all terms and   conditions. we have  two customer service reps who verified with [redacted] and also the finance Company did their own verification with his  recorded conversation and again he clearly expressed his satisfaction and also that he understood all term and conditions.   We have three verified phone verifications and two legal documents signed by [redacted]  stating his satisfaction and also that he understands all terms and conditions and also his payment plan.   If [redacted] has any legitimate service issue, we will be happy to assist him. he can also refer to our warranty card for the detail of his water treatment systwem warranty.

I find it weird that I received this notice today. My husband (whom they previously said was not on the "list" of people to talk to).........was contacted on Friday February 19th 2016 at approximately 6pm by Apollotek because they received a certified letter that I sent to them requesting the unit's removal. I sent it certified because I have been requesting the removal for several months with no avail. So, you can understand why I would need proof of my request. The call was to schedule removal of the system! I thought we were getting somewhere however each time a date of removal was being discussed we were mysteriously disconnected and I would have to be the one to try calling them back. This happened three times before I was able to actually set a date and time. We agreed on Tuesday February 23rd at 9am. The time came and went and I have yet to hear from the company, I took time off work to be here for the scheduled removal. I am rejecting their response and want it to be documented that I AM being SINCERE and cooperative. If Apollotek wants their merchandise back they are more than welcome to come get it, I have been more than cooperative. Furthermore, their response to my complaint is insulting and condiscending. customer service is apparently not their strong suit. I did NOT sign a contract on the date the machine was installed as I was working and my husband was home (again he is not on the list) it was not until they had to return to repair damage that was done to my house that I even saw a contract. As I stated in my certified letter to them they have wasted enough of my time and I am no longer interested in spending a second more on this issue.

[redacted] signed legal contracts with the castle credit and he absolutely understood his terms and conditions as our customer service    department verified with him and went over all terms and conditions and he understood his contracts terms and conditions.    He also verified with castle credit special verification department as they always take a very firm verification process before they purchase    any contracts and [redacted] agreed and accepted his terms and conditions with the finance Company    [redacted] speaks fluent English and  also signed all legal contracts relating his terms and conditions. His contracts have been verified    in numerous occasions wit us and also with the finance Company. His minimum payment is $100 and is a revolving credit line and can    pay it off with no prepayment penalty.   [redacted] has a wonderful water system and truly helps him to save substantial money in addition to get better health to him and his family.    his water system is state of the art technology system, we have over 56000 customers nationwide  and every single customers claim that   their Apollotek water system has been the most intelligent decision they have made in their life.

Unfortunately we were waiting for a special part. We have already contacted the customer and are delighted to take care of him. We are going to contact him tomorrow 04/08       to take care of his...

We have already sent the information and instruction on how to change to English. this process takes less than 30 seconds and hopefully she has been able to do it. KYK is world number one ionizer and has over 1.5 million
      customers worldwide. many large and reputable hospitals are using their machine worldwide and there has not been one single professional negative feedback from anyone whatsoever. every professional source has endorsed and provided with great
positive feedback and many Doctors and professional medical experts have already confirmed KYK products to be the number one ionizer in this planet. The instruction on how to work with the machine is in owner's manual and all over youtube. We will
follow up with her to make sure she has been able to do it.

After I bought a home in Hemet, CA I received an offer of $75.00 supermarket credit.
I had there rep. come out and test my water on 04/19/2017. At the end of his presentation I reminded him of their offer.
The rep told me that he was sorry but he had run out of the coupon. He told me he would send it out via the post office post hast. I have been calling Erin (his boss) 760-660-9981 several times. She always apologized and told me she would sent it to me. It's been 2 months now and I still have received my coupon. I called Erin the 5th time and I told her my next call will be to the Hemet Police and tell them they (Apollotek International) are perpetrating a fraud.

I had the Apollotek system installed in my home with the agreement I would recieve soaps and cleaning supplies free for 10 years with my first shipment arriving within 2 weeks of my install 3-27-2017. It's now June 6, 2017, and have not recieved any products as promised. After calling our sales rep multiple times and not getting a call back, he finally returned our call and said our order was never placed and that they would put a rush on it. That was May 25, 2017. On June 5, 2017, I called customer service, no answer. I then called the operator who assured me someone would get right back to me. On June 6th, at around 7:00 p.m. someone decided to call back and tell me it wasn't their fault my order again never got placed. I informed the caller from customer service, that due to their breach of their contract, I would like the system removed, and no longer want their system or their product in my house. Their customer service is lousy. They only care about you up until you sign up, and then they want nothing to do with you when you have an issue. This whole conversation on the phone today was the customer service rep trying to convince me it was the soap manufacturers fault my order never got placed..I am going to seek legal representation to get this system removed for breaching their agreement, and reimbursement of expenses to return my plumbing back to its original state before the installation. Beware of doing business with a company whose customer service is suspect at best.

Great company and product! customer service it's great, they are always helpful to answer my questions about my product.
In general since I was contacted by the sales person, the technician and the customer service team are very professionals.

I had a service done on my water system and service was great! The technician that came to my house was professional and was very knowledgeable.

This company is great, they have excellent water filtration products and their employees are great. They are very professional and courteous with customers. This is a very organized company, each department answers calls in a reasonable time period. They are simply a very professional and ethical company, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a water filtration system.

Review: We were sold a water treatment system and we were told that the system would be $5000 with $100 a month payments. After the product was installed for 3 days he brings us paper work that says it is financed through [redacted] but the terms were to stay the same. [redacted] bills me and it turns out that the system is $100 a month for 96 month which is not $5000 it is now $9600. They did tell us we could pay it off in under a year for $5000. The problem with that is if we could do that we just would have paid cash for the system.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this system removed and my house put back to the way it was before including the non legal or to code electrical that was installed. I would like the account closed or paid off in full with [redacted].

[redacted] at our verification department verified with him ad went over his terms and conditions and he clearly understood and was happy, furthermore the [redacted], his finance Company verified with [redacted] and went over his terms and conditions and also recorded the entire conversation. [redacted] also clearly stated his satisfaction and agreed with all terms and conditions. [redacted] needs to understand that he purchased it for $5000 and obviously in America or any other countries we pay finance charges. His minimum payment is $100 and the more payments he makes the sooner he will pay it off. His account is a revolving account and works like [redacted] and other department store card. [redacted] speaks good English and has had three different verifications from different t departments . There has not been any misrepresentation or misunderstanding on his transaction as he clearly verified on the phone and also in writing.

Review: [redacted] 951-[redacted] (home), car (dark colored lexus) License [redacted], 951-[redacted] ApolloTek number, representative of this company tried to sell a water filter from Aqua Pro (worth $75 to $600) to my elderly parents 71 and 76 years old for $1,590.00. Aggressively tried to make them sign contract for $40 a month for 3 years. Then she intended to changed contract for $55 a month for 5 years. mom gave her SSN number and banking information for her to first remove $40 a month. She was blocked from bank because she was not removing the initial promised $40, she was trying to remove full amount $1,590. When mom confronted her with that, she brought second contract of $55 a month. Mom then told her, "You did not do what you promised you were going to do, I did not agree to full amount, I agreed to $40 a month, I do not want your business, please remove your system, I do not trust you anymore." That is when she came back with second contract of $55 for 5 years. Parents refused to sign second contract and asked [redacted] to leave their home. [redacted] would not leave for a period of over an hour, kept aggressively pushing to sign new contract. [redacted] insisted that to remove system it would be a fee of $500 in international money order. Parents agreed to pay removal fee if she could just leave their home. Other family member and neighbors asked [redacted] many times to leave. [redacted] would not leave. She never left copy of initial contract nor did she leave copy of unsigned second contract. I filed report with CA Adult Protective Services Financial Abuse and with Riverside County Sheriff Thermal Station Officer Deputy Budnik #[redacted]. Both, Sheriff and Social Worker advised not deal with [redacted] or any of their technicians, to call Sheriff. Sheriff advised us to remove system ourselves and document process with pictures. [redacted] keeps calling dad cell number making threats that she is going to take them to court.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] and ApolloTek to stop harassing parents, remove all information including but not limited to; mom's social security number, home address and banking information and we will remove water filter system and mail it ApolloTek headquarters with certified mail and with picture documentation. We want first contract dissolved since we were never left with copy. We want [redacted] to never return to parent's property or reach home line or dad's cell number. We would want you to investigate ApolloTek to stop abusing other customers with their bad business practices, including but not limited to the elderly.

Review: I have contacted Apolotek several times for the past 9 months due to water softener not working.They informed me that they do not have repair technicians in [redacted] My product is still not working.Desired Settlement: Due to Apollotek not repairing water softener and not providing quality service. I want nothing to do with this business. I would like to terminate without having a debt.

Hello Revdex.com, We Sent a technician a few days ago to [redacted] home and her system is now working perfectly fine. According to the Technician, there was nothing wrong with her system but somehow the unit was in pause mode or bypass mode and that basically stopped the system from functioning. Our customer service department will be giving a courtesy call to [redacted] to make sure she is 100% satisfied but according to the technician the system is now working fine.

I am a heart surgeon and purchased a new water system from Apollotek. The product has met all my expectations and I am getting great PH and ORP from my alkaline

system. I truly believe this is the best alkaline system and the customer service has been outstanding.
