I paid the minimal amount a few days after the due date now I owe over $100+ dollars the credit limit is only $of prepaid(MY MONEY) been weeks and I have a collections calls to my job??? Gee this bank must be desperate for money go prey on the rich!!! SAD SAD SAD

I cancelled a credit card back on January 18th They closed the account on that day, leaving me with a $credit that they were supposed to send me with in weeksThe credit never came, instead I keep receiving bills in the mailI call to get the credit card cancelled after I receive the statements, and the next month get another statement in the mailI have now accrued a bill for $98.22, in maintenance fee's, late fee's and interest, on what was supposed to be a credit back to meI have had this card for over years and regret ever getting itI stopped using the card some years back, so they started charging me a "monthly maintenance fee / inactivity fee" of $for not using the cardAfter paying that for years I finally had enough and decided I would rather have the card show up as cancelled on my credit then keep paying for something I don't useI have spoken to many people, including Ruth, one of the managers of the Philadelphia, Pa office, whom was supposed

This is the second time complaining - we originally put a complaint in because they were busily charging us outrageous charges that we never made - if you look up online many consumers are having this problem with this bankI now get a collections notice - the bill that was $DOLLARS is now $dollars! Yep they are charging their late fees etc - this is how they make money off people by suckering them into taking their card then hiking late charges up the wazzooo - they need to be stopped - this is a scam

I want these people to adjust the bill accordingly - when the correct amount is put down that is owed I will honor what needs to be paidI will not pay their bloated ridiculous charges and in addition they need to take their mark off my credit reports immediatelyThey are a scam company

I DISPUTED THIS ACCOUNT WITH *** *** IN CUSTOMER BILLING AND FAILED TO FILE DISPUTE WITH THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND FAILED TO REMOVE THIS CORPORATE ACCOUNT FROM MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORTS, ACCOUNT NOAND

Requested a replacement credit cardI received the card with no problemAt the end of the month, I received a $replacement card fee that was a suprise to meI contacted customer service on 10/when my statement arrived and notified the agent that no one in the process ever told me about a $card feeHe said that that there was nothing in his process that allows him to waive the feeThis is a shady practice and they should tell customers that there is a fee associated with the replacement

I paid off my total balance on my credit card and they won't let me close the account and Jeep wanting to charge me more money

they sent me a recovery notice from people I do not know and they are not only demanding payments, which I had been in midwest some months last year after deaths of family
and though I still emailed and called them they still demanded close to payments and got mad when they found out I had sent a complaint to Revdex.com before
I said can I make smaller payments? since in past all payments were on time and a bit early because I am rebuilding my credit, retired with beginning a small business again, when the family came first, and away I flew
someone had to decide which family member could and would take care of of my sisters teenagers, and where they would live
though I called and cried and emailed themit was cut and dry with themno working with me to remove late payments, which put me over my credit limit, which caused me higher amounts owing
I owed them less than until all their fees then a letter yesterday recovery people

I have ask this company to send me a copy of my signed contract I was a victim of fraud and have explained this to them several times but they still report to my credit and still have not sent me a copy of my signed contract

I checked my credit and there was a hard inquiry done by Applied Bank I contacted them to see if there was an account open in my name They asked me for my social security number and I gave it to them, they informed me that there was an account open and I wanted to report it as fraud Recently I have been the victim of identity fraud I was transferred to the fraud department, and the first lady stated that there was a block on the credit card and she hung up on me It seemed like I was putting her out I immediately called back to make sure that the account was closed, I was advised they couldn't close it because there was a block on the account I repeatedly asked to have an affidavit of fraud sent to my address (not address where credit card was mailed) and I was advised that it was sent out today We still do not have answers as to whether the account is closed and if an affidavit was truly sent I am not confident in this company due to the way they treated me

I have a business Visa card issued by Applied Bank Applied Bank continues to charge me a $overlimit fee each month (for the last months) when the only thing that has put me over the limit is their own fees (monthly maintenance fee, internet payment convenience fee, interest charges, etc.) It is illegal to assess overlimit fees when the overlimit balance is incurred by the card issuer's own fees Now, the first two times this happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they explained it away in one form or another However, this most recent overlimit charge (on 3/13/16) is 100% fraudulant, as I maintained a VERY close eye on my activity this time I made my last payment on 2/ (This payment INCLUDED the convenience fee for paying online, therefore that should not be a factor) At this point, that payment gave me $available credit for this most recent billing cycle I then made a $purchase a week later, which was the ONLY purchase during this entire bil

I paid what was on my statement as min amount dueThis is very misleading as they do not include the interest and then hit you with a over the limit fee after you make a payment of the suggested min payment to keep your account 'current" I made all my payments on time, after months of continued payments and over the limit fees I asked if they could remove because I did not understand why I was over the limit and the customer service reps could not explainI reached out multiple times but you cannot speak to any management or request any fees be removed without faxing or mailingI mailed faxed multiple times and only received one response

I requested to have the credit card closed out after going on line and making a payment for the balanceApplied Bank credit card has continued to draft my personal checking account for fees also keeping the account openThe request to close the account was made in April I had my bank reverse the draft made in May for monthly maintenance fees just to have Applied Bank draft my account again Before drafting my checking account without my permisstion they reported the account past due on a account that should be closed with a zero balance Something has to be done about thisI would like to know if I can sueI will soon be closing on a house and this error is causing much stress
