I have not used the card for several months The interest rate is 29.99% so I decided to pay it off I went online to the section to pay the credit card It gave me three options--Account Balance, Balance on Last Statement, ...etc I selected to pay the account balance No where does it state the account balance does not included accumulated interest I called today to close the account since I paid it off and was told I still have a balance While I had them on the phone I pulled up the account online and it shows a zero balance They said they would close the account but the account would still accumulated interest, fees and penalties until paid

This bank charges me twice for their own financial products that I did not order, and when I noticed them on the bill they said I would need to write a letter or send a fax to have the charges removed Within a single month I have paid my entire balance off twice and each time they add another small charge so that I still have a balance

I never opened an account with this companyI have spoken to several people who keep saying the account is inactive and closed out however I keep getting emails saying I owe feesI have called and numerous people tell me they will zero out the balance given the situation, however it still is not resolved

This company has not follow up with the Servicemembers Civil Relief ActIt took them years to finally enroll me and still investigation the back pay I should of gotI was charged 29.99% and finally reduced to %The company only called me one time to keep me updated about the back when they finally enrolled me into the SCRA late

I pay everything onlineI am working on paying this card off because of fees and customer service and do not have the card and have not received a statementI went to pay and they make you have them text or email you a code before you even get to use your passwordIt had not been an issue until last month I put in the code and it said incorrect then I did it again because was sure it was the same thingI tried resending and putting that one in and they locked my accountWhenever I called they were closed and they also dinged me on my credit because I missed a payment because they purposely locked me out of my accountI finally called today and spoke with two peopleThey said they had to send it to the web people and they were the only ones that could unlock account but I could pay but it would be a fee which is ridiculous *** the floor supervisor refused to at least wave the phone feeI don't see how that can be legalIs it? She was awful

I applied for a credit card from Applied Bank, shortly receiving the card I became unhappy with the level of customer service and with the exorbitant feesI contacted customer service and requested that they close my account immediatelyAt the time of my request the card balance was $ The customer service agent failed to close the account in a timely manner and the account continued to accrue fees until the account was eventually sent to collectionsI was forced to pay an overdue balance made up entirely of feesI am respectfully requesting that Applied Bank remove this unfair derogatory mark from my credit report

I contacted Applied Bank in reference to a "Protection Plan" fee that I found on my credit card account When I contacted them I was informed that the plan had been on my account since May which I didn't authorize for that service to be on my account When I called to cancel the plan and get a full refund for the charges dating back to 2008, I was informed that I would be contacted by a representative on my request Instead I received two generic letter stating "Upon there review of my account I had been enrolled in the plan since I opened the account in and that I requested the plan" Which is untrue, so I contact them again and asked for a copy of the application showing that I had requested the protection plan, since my request I haven't received a phone call or the requested information Which lets me know that they don't have anything showing that I requested the protection plan, because I never did

I paid my balance of $IN FULL on 6/15/On 6/18/Applied Bank charged me $in interest along with the monthly feeI requested a refund of the interest and agreed to pay the monthly fee in order to CLOSE my account fullyThey refused to refund the interest stating it accrues daily despite the amount I paid off which included interest

I contacted Applied Bank to notify them the my grandmother ( the only account holder ) passed awayI called to get instructions on where to send the Death CertificateThey asked me my name and I did provide it to themI requested the account to be closedI received a letter with my name being the Account Holder and the DeceasedThey added my name as the Estate nameI am not on the account and they added meI called to file a complaintThe supervisor *** refused to transfer me to a Manager, refused a physical address to send in a complaint with tracking number, refused an email addressShe said I was not on the accountI explained the letterShe said it must be an errorI told her I want my name removed and confirmation it was removedShe said she cannot provide anythingShe said she would file the complaint on her endThis is illegalIt is not legal to add someone to an account and I want proof it is resolved immediately They listed me as the holderMade demands f
