I paid off a credit card with Applied bank back in February I spoke to a CSR over the phone and she gave me the pay off quote and took my payment and told me the account was closed and paid completelyMonth later I received a statement from Applied card bank stating I owe $I called and spoke to a CSR and she advise that certainly she can see the notes were this account was paid off and gave me a case # told me it was going to handle and I was going to receive a phone call regarding the issueI never received a phone call backUp to date I have a balance of $dollars in debt and they have been reporting my account as delinquent with all major credit bureausI keep calling and I even disputed this account with all credit report agenciesI see that they are an A+ with the Revdex.com and certainly do not understand howI will request additional assistance from the Attorney General of the State of Ohio and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if unable to successfully reso

Bank has charge several late fees to the account and reports filed on my credit
I have had an account with Applied bank for several years and have always made my payments on time
I have a low balance of $on the account In June I kept on getting notified to submit a paymentI usually submit a minimum payment in the amount of $35, I was confuse because I had already submitted a payment But I went a head and submitted a second payment and made a payment for JulyI continue to receive calls regarding making a payment
I called over to customer service to find out what happened, because I know I was making paymentsThe Representative informed me that, late fees was applied and that caused my regular payments to be higher even though payments were made and caused a domino effect in the account

This is the second time I've received a email notice that my account was past due and charge priviledges were suspended The payments have nvever been late and have always been paid in full each month I paid it on their website, confirmation # The first time I spend minutes on the phone to get it straightened out I just got the email a few minutes ago, which you cannot reply to(I tried, even though it said you could not) I tried calling, closed until MondayThis is the only company I know of that does not have an email address for customersI think I'm going to give them this one last chance to straighten this mess out and should it not be I will be finished with Applied Bank

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have not received any written correspondence and the late fees/over limit fees have not be removed from my account balanceI was also advised via phone that I would be sent a new credit card as the old card was closed to prevent further use and that the matter would be looked into At no time was there any mention that I would be accessed a $charge for a replacement cardThat too should be removed

There are charges on my account from an online, Asian company selling clothing They company uses at least names and have many complaints on Social media about them (Yaever & 2SBest) I have not received any merchandise from them After reading the many scam comments about other customers not receiving merchandise, I tried to cancel my orders I emailed, texted and posted to their Facebook comments section at least a dozen times NO RESPONSE!
These charges are on my Applied Bank VISA card I have been trying to reverse these charges for almost a month I called but was told they could not reverse or review over the phone and I would have to complete their dispute I would take at least business days to receive the form I immediately did so and faxed the completed forms to Applied Bank On June 14, 2018, I called the dispute department to inquire about the status of my reversed charge request Left a VM for *** ***, the employee handling my dispute
