I submit this complaint in reference to an ongoing dispute with Applied Bank. Applied Bank is currently reporting an invalid and derogatory account on my files held with information agencies. I do not know of any business with them. The account with Applied Bank is very much unknown. I have attempted to resolve this matter swiftly but I have found no success. I have performed the following: 1. Filed multiple investigation requests with all consumer credit reporting agencies. All investigations were verified. 2. Sent a formal request for documentation of the unknown account in March, 2016. No response was provided. 3. Provided notarized documentation of fraudulent activity via mail, in April, 2016. No response or action was taken. Applied Bank has not supplied documentation of the accounts nor have they provided a response as of May 1st, 2016. I have not received correspondence of any kind from this organization in the past. I assert the account listed on my credit reports is invalid an

Had this card over 5+ yearsLoved using the card and everythingCustomer service has been badI've call time and time again to tell them they are reflecting on my credit report that the card account is closedWhen I asked them to fix it they always said its not them but the credit agency fault for reporting wrong informationI contact the credit agency and file a dispute with themLong story short every month on my credit report the credit card I'm using daily and making on time payments with is reflecting closedWhich is not helping my credit scoreWell, here what brought me to closing my account on 6/1/2016, my credit was declinedI thought it was a security hold place on my card and called Applied bank to get it removedThe customer service agent to me they just cancelled my card and will be sending me a new oneNo one called or even allowed me to verify the activity on the cardJust closed it, I only found out cause I called themThe agent then asks me why am I in Dallas; "is it for work, vacation or have I move? I didn't understand why I had to give a reason why I was out of town and not homeThe manager gets on the phone not to say sorry this happened but tell me I should keep my card with them and just be charged a monthly maintenance fee As I'm writing this review I just got a follcall from Applied Bank, asking if I am sure I want to still close my accountNot once has anyone explained to my why they re-issused my cardI had to do my research and found out Visa and MasterCard was hacked and user accounts were taken/

I came to a settlement agreement with on behalf of Applied BankOn paying the agreed amount the account would be considered paid in full and would show a $balanceI spoke to a few representatives of Applied Bank one which was a supervisor and they basically told me that they were not going to do it and that is not how Applied Bank worksI stated to them that it was agreed upon by the company that this account would be considered paid in full and will reflect a $balanceThis has not been done on their partI even told them I have the letter on the agreement I would like the account deleted from my three credit reports They have different dates of last activity The status is being reported incorrectly not part of the agreement The payments are incorrect I would not like for this account to go into dispute I just want my information deletedTheir reporting is not accurate, According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, only correct and accurate information may

THE WORST POSSIBLE CARD I HAVE EVER HAD, IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS. I APPLIED FOR A BUSINESS CREDIT CARD RECENTLY AND AFTER RECEIVING THE CARD AND ACTIVATING IT LITERALLY MINUTES AFTER ACTIVATION THE CARD DOESN'T WORK SO I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A REP, SHE SAID THEIR CARD SERVICES IS SAYING "SUSPECT FRAUD" AND AUTOMATICALLY STOPPED TO CARD SO THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE, AND YET AGAIN LITERALLY MINUTES AFTER ACTIVATING THE SECOND ONE IT DOESN'T WORK AND THIS TIME I CAN'T EVEN GET A HOLD OF ANYONE THERE TO BE ABLE TO FIND OUT WHY, BUT CHANCES ARE ITS THE SAME REASON. QUESTION HOW CAN THERE BE "FRAUD" IF ALL OF MY INFO IS VERIFIED WITH YOU AND I JUST ACTIVATED IT THERE HAS BEEN 0 ACTIVITY ON THIS CARD. I contacted Applied bank several times in reference to accounts*** * ***The primary account holder disputed the information from applied bank for which I was a authorized user for these accounts and Applied bank removed the entries from his credit information but failed to remove that information from my credit reportsI these entries are incorrect and should have been removed from all three credit bureaus for me as well

I have called Applied to times over the last months asking to speak with someone to settle on my debt with themNo one can help they tell me they do not have a number for the collection department, refuse to give me the email address they are emailing the collection to contact meI have not received a phone call/voicemail back from them like the customer service reps tell me I will receive to take care of this issue
I would like for applied bank to either contact me to settle on this debt or remove it from the credit reporting bureaus since they will not allow me to settle this debt with meIf I do not answer my phone to leave a voicemail message with contact information so I can return the callI would prefer emailing me instead of phone calls so I have documentation of any correspondences with them
