We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry several years agoIt is an unfinished basement, but it leaked horribly and we wanted to take care of the problem before it got worseOverall we had a very positive experience with EverdryThey were prompt and got the job quickly doneMy only "complaint" is that in order to have a warranty, you must pay an annual feeIn their defense, if you have a problem, I've been told that you can just pay the fee retroactively and still use the warrantyWe have not used this to know this for sure, thoughWe do have areas that are a bit leaky still, and they did warn us when they finished the job that those two areas may still have problemsI don't know that reactivating the warranty would solve the leaking problem, so we will wait to see if another issue arises before paying the feeIt would bother us more if it was a finished basementIt is a pricey service, but if it saves the foundation of our home, it's worth it

We purchased our home in After several incidents of the basement flooding due to weather, in 1990, we had our basement waterproofed by EverDry In 1995, we had an in ground pool put in our backyard That required the runoff drain that EverDry put in to be relocated They came out on short notice and moved the drain, no charge and no questions asked In after several days of heavy downpour, we noticed some seeping on the back wall of the house We called EverDry and someone came out and determined that the patio had settled and needed to be re-sealed between the patio and the house They sealed the area, again without charge or question I have, and always will recommend EverDry to anyone I know that has a basement with water issues

The employees were very professional and kept us informed throughout the waterproofing process As we spend most of the year at our Florida home, it is very comforting to come back to Ohio and know that our basement is dry and a very pleasant place to work/play/relax
