We had a Very nice Gentleman Come to our house to Go over some Possible Water IssuesHe was Super informative and gave My Husband and I some much needed information about our BasementWe have already taken his advice on some upgradesThis Summer we plan of taking more of his Advice and Fixing some things we can do our SelfHe was not pushing and didn't make sure feel as if we were crazy for not getting anything done right AwayHe gave us some more round about Pricing if we ever decide to do anything else with our Basementover all was very Please with the out come and I would recommend having someone from Everdry Come out and educating you it was an hour well Spent!!!

Just had a free inspection and quoteEveryone I interacted with seemed very knowledgeable, courteous, and professionalInspection was extremely thorough and they did a great job of educating us about the various problems we had and what to look for
My only real criticism was that the inspection + sales pitch took more than hoursI appreciate the thoroughness of it, but was not prepared for a visit of that length and was not informed it would take that longBlew through naptime and lunch time so the little ones were frantic at the endWhile I appreciate the courtesy, I could have done with a little less friendly banter and lengthy sales pitch (yes, we know you are the only ones who do this, enough already) and more get to the point - how much is this gonna cost!
That being said, the quote seemed very reasonable for the work proposed and we will likely follow through with this company at some point in the future

There was absolutely no pressure to accept Everdry's services and/or to make any decision that day Having had major problems with a basement in my previous house, I know what can happen if ignored Fortunately the damage is only in phase and will be corrected without major structural damage I was very concerned with the mold issue and day of the project began this morning

First they installed the wrong size drain pipe
Second the next drain pipe was so close to the window well that water flowed right back in
Third and Fourth they denied responsibility for water saying we had new cracks But we paid for a complete coating of our exterior basement walls!
No we do not recommend Everdry
