We contracted with Everdry Toledo to waterproof our basement [redacted] , the project manager, and other personel convinced us that part of the basement wall was about to cave in They had "professionals" from their company assess the wall and then contracted to remove what they said was block wall [redacted] of Perrysburg is their agent who they use to remove basement walls and foundations and rebuild After [redacted] excavated the entire wall, he came to me and and said that "we really have a big problem"The wall was a solid pour concrete wall and he confessed he didn't know how to remove that kind of wall! He said he didn't know what to doI replied to him, "I am not the professional here." Even if the "professionals" that assessed the wall prior to the excavation, [redacted] would have had to know after several feet of excavation what kind of wall he was dealling with It was obviously NOT a block wall even to casual observers He should have never proceeded to do something he knew he was not qualified to do HE then rented a large gasoline concrete saw and made vertical cuts in the basement wall and tried to knock it over with the heavy equipement The wall did not budge This was the wall that their salesmen told us urgently needed replacement? My husband had discussed prior to the work that IF there was to be any dust that there would need to be visquine hung and other protections [redacted] assured us that there would be no dust and if they used any equipement in the house they would use water to stop the dust [redacted] spent most of the time bragging about how good he was and how many new homes he had built for his wifeBy the time that they had finished the vertical cuts ALL levels of our home was inundated with concrete dust Everdry told him [redacted] had to get it cleaned up He call a [redacted] who never showed up That is the equivelant of trying to put a bandaid on an aortic aneurism HE needed to call for disaster clean up like [redacted] but would not, and offered us $to clean it up ourselves I told him we couldn't afford to work for .50(50c)/hour and didn't even have the equipement to begin We called many cleaning professionals and when they heard it was cement dust they refused the job When we discussed the situation with [redacted] , he said that the wall was not a problem, that they would just brace the (now greatly compromised) wall and just finish the waterproofing We wanted them to remove the wall as they had contracted to do They said they didn't do that type of repair and basically we could just void the contract and get another company to do it! They wanted us to sign a release that basically absolving them of any responsibilty for the dissaster that they created We are now months into the disaster at our home Everdry has refused to take responsibily what so ever for the cleor to pay for any of our out of the pocket expenses Everthing we have touched or used for these last months has cement dust on or in itWe left the home for days after the disaster trying to clean up a living space We cannot clean up the dust ourselves because it destroys any hepa filter that is used and other filters just blow the fine dust back out We need about $10,worth of professional disaster clewhich Everdry has said they would pay for but refuses to put in an insurance claim or pay any more for expenses we have turned in We still have a huge hole beside the entire side of basement wall [redacted] dug it even lower than the actual foundation of the home It fills with water We are not out of contract with Everdry so we cannot contract with someone else to rectify the foundation problem We have since run into people that had a terrible mess left by Everdry and disastisfied with the workWe have found in having other contractors assess the problem that Everdry over charges and is not well thought of by many in the industry So be sure to shop around They do excel in the sales department and we have found them to all be slick liars from top to bottom All they have done for months is skirt around being responsible in anyway and waste our time with lip service

We had Everdry in and have been very happy and have not had any issues We recommend Everdry to everyone we know

Our basement was toxic with mold and mildew to the point that my wife could not go down to the basement due to her allergies Within less than minutes she would experience respiratory distress and have to leave the basement Everdry came in and made a comprehensive assessment to explain what was wrong and how it could be corrected The estimator was very thorough and knowledgeable He explained everything in detail and in terms we could understand After signing the contract, the work crew came out on time and worked diligently and professionally They protected our landscaping and COMPLETELY cleaned up after themselves daily The Foreman of the job was in constant contact with us on how everything was going and kept us informed every step of the way We were very impressed with his professionalism and the crew's work ethic Our basement is now completely dry with no mold, mildew or fumes and is once again a living space we can and do enjoy thanks completely to EVERDRY

Tuesday another worker showed up They started digging the outside Then [redacted] and the rest of the crew came They worked on the outside and inside quickly ***, the carpenter was here to remove basement landing These crew memebers were so respectufl and courteous the whole time they were here When they spoke to me, it was Very impressive I am VERY pleased with my new basement I get up during the night sometimes and go down to do laundry I could never have done that before It is so beautiful Thanks agasin for such a wonderful scheduler and crew They will be the only "waterproofing" compay to be talked about in my house Keep up the good work!

Our basement flooded every time it rained, but since Everdry waterproofed, we haven't had a drop The crew was very nice and professional We couldn't be happier

EverDry Waterproofing did an excellent job when they waterproofed our crawlspace several years agoThe workers kept our home clean while performing the work, and the system has been working without issue since the installationWe pay a small warranty service fee each year that provides us with the assurance that if something would happen to pumps, piping, etc., it will be repaired or replaced in a timely mannerWe have used this service when a pump was not operating properlyWe called EverDry and they were very responsive and came out the next day and replaced the pump(all covered under the warranty)We would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing to all our friends and family

[redacted] 3/14/ We bought our house years ago and it came with the EverDry Waterproofing warranty We have paid the warranty every year and did not really know what the warranty covered Well, this year we found out With all this snow and then the rain the pump started backing up water into the basement We unplugged and stopped by the office to ask them what exactly was covered under the warranty Thank goodness, the pump was covered They told us they would probably be out the next day and would call on the way In the meantime, they explained that we could check the clamps and see if that was causing the leak Before we even got home they were on the phone stating there was a service person in the area and they could stop and see what was going on The pump had to be replaced It was done that same day We could not have asked for faster or better service

We our house in Defiance done in by EveryDry,before that the basement always had water in itThey actually did a little extra by digging the channel wider and after that our basement was dry so we could actually use it for an exercise and crafting room

Very pleased with how quickly and efficiently the work was completed Had one minor incident where EverDry had to come back but fixed the problem and have had no other problems since Would not have been able to use the basement had this not been done

I had Everdry out to seal my basementThey were not able to bury the exposed pipes in the winter as the ground was too hardThey sent someone out in the summer to do it on a very hot and humid dayThe temperature was around degrees FThere were many tree roots he had to cut through and he ended up working overtime, it was my birthday and I had plans so I was not there when he finishedWhen I saw the finished job I was not satisfied with itThey sent him back out, he apologized and said he had been hot and tired that day and he would make it rightHe did an excellent job and even put grass seed down for me!
