Approximately 10 years ago I was tired of a wet/leaking basement so I contacted several water-proofing companies to provide quotes for water-proofing the basement. Even though EverDry was not the cheapest, I decided to bite the bullet and spend the cash for them to perform the work. I wasn't too excited about spending that kind of money on something that I didn't consider "tangible" like a remodeled kitchen or a man cave. However, with their work completed and after several waterless seasons, I had the confidence that I wouldn't have water or dampness in the basement so I then was able to refinish the basement without worrying about unwanted water.

I was very impressed with how prompt and hard working the EveryDry crew was and I would highly recommend EverDry to anyone looking to get their basement water-proofed.

I had a couple of occasions of water in my finished basement. I had Everdry here in 2007 and have not had any problem since. On one occasion water came up my front lawn but never into my basement. I had a problem with the batteries that ran the sump and they came up and changed it to an electrical connection. With all the rain we have had lately and flooding, I have not had any problem.

Very pleased with how quickly and efficiently the work was completed. Had one minor incident where EverDry had to come back but fixed the problem and have had no other problems since. Would not have been able to use the basement had this not been done.

Their customer service is top notch! They were doing door to door sales and since we are current everdry customers they came and checked on our basement's trouble spot and scheduled an appointment to come and do a closer inspection. Couldn't have asked for more perfect timing.

In the 8yrs that I have had them they have been called out once to my residence and that is because the pump battery died. They came out immediately and fixed it before any water made it onto my carpet in the basement. The person who came out was friendly an knowledgeable. We Live in Tiffin, OH and Everdry did our basement 3 years ago and we have only had minor issues since then. They are in the process of correcting the current issues since then.They are easy to work with and are respectful when they are in your home. It is nice to be able to count on a company. MH

EverDry did my basement a few years ago and I haven't had a problem since! I called them to come just take a look and make sure everything was still working properly before I renewed my warranty and they were very pleasant to deal with. They replaced a cap in my yard that got ruined from my mower for absolutely no cost to me. I definitely would recommend EverDry to anyone that has issues with their basement!

I would highly recommend EVERDRY Waterproofing to anyone who has any type of water, mold, or moisture problem in their basement. Our home is over 120 years old and the basement walls and floor had been leaking water for many years prior to our purchase of the home. We also had an outer wall that had started to cave in and the foundation was cracked. Prior to contacting EVERDRY in 2003, mold, mildew, standing water (that looked like green foam!) and moisture were present in our basement on any given day. In 2003, EVERDRY completely overhauled our basement and installed their E-Z Breathe system. The EVERDRY staff was absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain everything to us. They left us detailed notes of what was completed each day and the foreman even came back on his own time to check the concrete they had poured. We pay the annual service agreement fee and feel it is a fee that has paid for itself many times. This past Fall, after a week of rain, our Sump stopped working on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and within 2 hours, EVERDRY was here and fixed the switch on the sump and took the time to show me how to manually operate the pump. Thanks to EVERDRY, for over 11 years, our basement has been dry and our foundation/wall is secure. EVERDRY Waterproofing is a wonderful business!

Everdry waterproofed our basement a few years back & the experience was great. No more blocks under the washer/dryer due to the constant water on the floor & no more musty smell. The employees acted in a very professional manner and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them.
