EverDry "Dust Policy" States the following:
- We will take all precautions to help in reducing the amount of clean up that may be necessary by the homeowner
- we will cover remaining articles in the basement with thin plastic
On July 7, Everdry started work on our basement, This consisted of a worker with a jackhammer and NOTHING WAS COVERED WITH PLASTIC! The next day a full crew of 5-came in and then covered everything with thin plastic By this time, everything was covered with concrete dust
We feel EverDry should do something to compensate us for all the extra work that will have to be done since you did not follow your "Dust Policy", We noted this in the paperwork filled out and given to the work crew, but it appears that they did not turn this in or it was just ignored That is why we are filing this report now
We look forward to receiving an immediate response from Everdry and a compensation offer
