Everdry contacted me when they were in the area and asked if I would be interested in a free walkthrough of my basementThey told me there were no strings attached and the service person could even give me tips on how to waterproof the basement myselfI made an appointmentThe technician arrived on time, and was extremely courteous and friendly He never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase and his advise and feedback were very helpfulUltimately, we were not in the market for Everdry's services at this time, but the overall experience and the technician's professionalism and expertise were enough that when we are, I won't look anywhere else
We would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing to anyone who has a basement Their system completely dried up our basement so we can use it like any other room in the house They stand by their warranty We had a sump pump go out and they were here the next day to replace it We even installed the system in our rental house

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED - Poor workmanship - cut electrical line - destroyed landscaping - crappy job - stole a pump that they removed - salesman did not tell us the whole story - every day there were more surprises! Pipes sticking out in the landscaping, holes in the floor of the living area (worker said just build a shelf to cover/hide) Salesman told us the walls would look good enough in the storage area that we would not have to cover - walls are crooked-caulk on them, etc

The workers we quick and courteous and kept the area cleanThey tiled on the outside of our home and on the inside and installed a two sump pumps for usOn top of all that they also offer an insurance you can pay each year for any future services you may requireWe pay that insurance each year and about two years ago we were having issues with one of our sump pumpsI called them up and they came out to us within a day - part of the sump needed replaced and because of that insurance we pay yearly - we didn't have to pay a dime for the repairs or the labor!
