I cannot say enough good about our experience with Arizona Heat Pest Services. We were devastated to discover that our sons room was infested with bed bugs! I called several different companies and this company far exceeded our expectations. Chris came out the day that I called and came up with a plan to attack the problem and came back the next day as promised to take care of it. His professional attitude and genuine concern was so reassuring. He took time to answer all of our questions and assured us that they would be there to make sure the problem was handled quickly and efficiently. Chris went above and beyond by calling me back immediately after sending an email stating that my son thought the bed bugs had been carried to his new apartment. Chris went to his apartment the very next day and found nothing, but chemically treated the area just to assure him that there was no problem. I have honestly never met a more reputable company! I have told several people about this company and would gladly recommend them to anyone. They truly live up to their mission statement and we were blessed to have found them!

Unfortunate circumstances that brought me to do business with them, however they did an excellent job of reassuring me, offering sound advise and direction on how to treat. They were knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and answered all my questions.

Austin and Sean were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get through this difficult time. They walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. They are compassionate and caring. They even turned on my oustside lights when they left. I am so grateful and appreciative that they were able to accommodate me and my needs.

I called az heat pest services after I had a frequent overnight visitor find out her home was infested with bed bugs. They said they could come same day for free inspection. Austin showed up to do inspection. He was very polite, thorough and respectful of my home. He went through every bed in the house and even under my couch. He ended up not finding any bed bugs so no treatment was needed. He could have easily tried to sell me on a preventative route as I've heard other companies suggest. I appreciate his honesty and prompt, professional services. I hope I never have to refer someone for bedbug treatment but if I do, I'll refer az heat pest services.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

1.  The response does not address the business's apparent practice of overbooking, the reason it originally gave for being unable to "take care of the treatment at the time that was scheduled."  This was the reason given to me in a telephone conversation with [redacted] on 3/10/14.  See also [redacted]'s response of 3/13/14.  This explanation is at odds with the business's current contention that the non-delivery of services was the result of a problem with "our electronic schedule system."  See [redacted]'s response of 3/19.

2.  The response continues to distinguish between appointments for paid services and for the advertised free inspections.  This is a distinction [redacted] first made in his response of 3/13.  He stated there that he "misunderstood the situation when you called on Monday morning [3/10].  I thought we were JUST scheduled to perform a free inspection.  I was unaware that chemical treatment was scheduled to be performed."  This suggests that the business favors one group of customers over another and, in combination with the practice of overbooking, brings the legitimacy of the free-inspection offer into question.

Very impressive company! They went above and beyond to handle our problem quickly, courteously, and efficiently, and took lots of time to answer our questions. I highly recommend them.

They responded very quickly (I called on a Sunday), and they inspected the problem of bedbugs that we had discovered that day. The very next day they brought all the equipment and heat treaded our home, then sprayed. They were very punctual, professional, and thorough! They even knew how disgusted and squeamish, that they made it as convenient as possible. I would recommend this company, definitely!

Chris K[redacted] came out the day we called, closely inspected our bedroom, advised us that we didn't have bedbugs and wouldn't recommend any treatment without finding bugs. He was professional, thorough, educational, and obviously very honest. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations, and was very nice. After spending all that time with us, there was no charge. I'm confident that if we ever need his help, Arizona Heat Pest will do an excellent job!

My technician Cody, was friendly but very professional. He explained how the treatment would work and how long I would have to remain out of the house.

We contacted Arizona Heat Pest Control about a month ago. Uriel Rivas responded to our call. He performed a very detailed, thorough inspection and pointed out our problem areas. He spent the time to answer all of our questions and set up a treatment plan. Uriel and his co-worker were very professional in their treatment process. Since the treatment, there have been no signs of our infestation. We are more than happy to recommend Mr. Rivas and Arizona Heat Pest Control.
