there is little else that can be said other than - They do what they promise!. Period. Wish I had known about them 6 mo ago! We have battled this problem with chemicals, alcohol sprays, etc and all it did was move them from one room to another! AZ Heat resolved the problem throughout the house, first time. These guys did a great job. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Paul came over and gave me information about the process, the bugs, and gave me several options. We were able to pick the best one for our particular circumstances. I feel confident it was money well spent and am relieved to have it over with. Also, I got the warranty which makes me feel like they are accountable which makes me feel like the price was worth it.

On April 12th 2015 after receiving the complaint through the Revdex.com, Arizona Heat Pest Services immediately sent out a technician ([redacted]) to re-inspect the home, provide the refund check in person, and treat the home again (despite the fact that we have refunded the $1400 from the original treatment.)...

Refund check was issued on the same day. Upon re-inspection of the customers home, no bed bugs were found. Refund check was provided due to the customer dissatisfaction with our service. Retreatment was scheduled for the next day due to the fact that all people and pets must be out of the home at the time of treatment and for 6 hours afterward to allow pesticides to dry. Additional bed bug treatment was provided by Arizona Heat Pest Services on 4/13/2015 even though no live bed bugs or evidence of live bed bugs was found at the time. We have done everything in our power to remedy discontent with our service. Arizona Heat Pest Services cares about our customers! We will always be responsive to our customers needs immediately! It is always better to contact Arizona Heat Pest Services directly so that immediate attention can be given to any service issues.

Our experience with Arizona Heat Pest Services was exceptional. Everyone involved was professional, kind, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. We could not be happier with the treatment we received.

So far we just had an inspection done. The Tech was honest with us, and helpful. We will probably be scheduling the treatment pretty soon, and hope that this will resolve our problem.

They did a great job and quickly! Austin was great and let me know everything that was being done and how to stop the bed bugs !

They did a great job. Austin was very helpful and answered mine and my roommates questions. We weren't infested with her but he bit our kids were being eaten and we stripped everything we needed to strip out of the house washed everything we needed to wash and prepped everything that needed prepped and they came in and sprayed since that was all we could afford and it only took the one treatment and we have a warranty! I have used another company who I paid a lot more for their services and after 90 days then it's were back and they pretty much told me too bad so sad. I will def. recommend them again.

Chris was very honest. Didn't ask us to purchase what we didn't need. Our infestation was light and contained. He gave us one spraying and said he thought we'd be fine with that.

Austin was excellent

My neice dropped off her clothes to wash and set down on our couch to talk. She spent the night and the next morning told us she had moved out of her shared apartment because it was infested with bed buds. Five days later we had bed bugs. We called American Heat and Paul came out the next day for a treatment. He told us if we found any after 30 days he would come out and re-treat the house. After 28 ds we found one. We called Paul and he was here the next morning. Bed bugs are hard to get rid of but at least Paul followed through on the 6 month warranty.

We are super satisfied with Austin and Martin. We have had bedbugs once several years ago and they got out of hand, so now I have a phobia. Austin put us at ease, came out the same day to inspect house and was here next morning to exterminate. They both did a great job and there was no mess other then the one we already made for prepping. Austin even gave us his cell number so we could text him with any questions. Thank you.

Paul was very helpful, found and rid my house of the problem. Tgis was an easy reliable service and I would use it again if the need ever arose.

Paul P arrived early after calling to see if that was convenient. He thoroughly inspected the premises (for free) and indicated that he found no evidence, which was a huge relief. But he educated me on what to look for and quoted me a reasonable price in the event I needed service. Both Paul and Tyler, who originally took my inquiry, were professional, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend this honest company and will use them if the need arises.
