We recently had AZ Heat Pest Services treat our house. Their technician [redacted] was courteous, professional and gave us a fair price for the initial treatment. One areas have to be retreated and there was no charge. Thank you Paul and AZ Heat Pest Control Services.

We had this company out to fix our bed bug problem and were optimistic that they could help. Boy we were wrong !! They came out in May and done the Heat treatment and we thought that would be the last that we would need their service. Two weeks later the bed bugs were still here, they came back in early August for a chemical treatment. That didn't work either. We are really frustrated that we paid $ 1400.00 for nothing. We even bought a new bed, sofa and love seat and dresser and the bed bugs are still here. Very poor service from this company who advertises that they are the best, Not !!!!

This company was so nice and understanding! They worked around my schedule and made a very thorough inspection. They were very professional and kind. I would recommend them to everyone!

No one wants to have a personal situation they can't control. One that would have to involve others in your home it is very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Well that was the case with our family. We new little about Bed Bugs only segments from the news, reading a few flyers, and stories from others about someone they may have heard had them. My 18 month old grandson had bit marks on his face,we thought they were spider bites. After a little research via the internet my daughter thought she should call some one out to see if she had Bed Bug. She contacted Arizona Heat Pest Services not knowing how they would react or treat us we feared the unknown. Arizona Heat Pest treated us like family they! They were very professional,extremely educated, and personal. [redacted] was outstanding he came into the home not as a technician but as a friend. We sat and spoke for a while making sure that I understood the process. He made me feel very comfortable. He made me feel as if he knew me for many years. I am so thankful I called Arizona Heat! My son started getting strange bites and I dreaded the possibility of bed bugs. After many nights staying awake checking my children's beds I caught one bug. To my horror it was a BED BUG. I put it in a sand which bag and called Arizona Heat for a free inspection. The gentleman who came out did a thorough inspection and answered all my questions. Although he couldn't find any evidence, I had the proof. He was confident I had caught the problem very early and assured me Arizona Heat could rid my house of the pests. The day of treatment the 2 gentleman arrived on time and were very professional. Again, they answered all of my (MANY) questions and I left feeling as though when I returned our uninvited guests (bed bugs) would be gone. It's been 2 full weeks and not a single new bite on anyone in our household (there are 6 of us). My anxiety is slowly diminishing and I am once again starting to feel "safe" in my home. You can't beat the 1 year warranty that accompanies a heat treatment of the entire home. I just received a follow up phone call today from one of the gentleman who treated my home. The fact that he called to check to see how everything was going, made sure I didn't have any questions, assured me that if I have any concerns they will come back out, and urged me not to hesitate to call, really made me feel that Arizona Heat Pest Services truly does care about you and your family. I am beyond happy with this company. I had found some bed bugs in my couch and FREAKED OUT!! To put that mildly!!! I through the couches out and emptied my entire living room. I called the company 3 days after the horrible experience that I had and they came out that same day. Needless to say the person they sent out checked my entire house and was so nice. He didn't find any signs of any bed bugs at all. Thank God!! He said I did a very good job of getting the couch out and luckily they hadn't made they way to any of are other rooms. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with bed bug issues. Although he said I didn't have to get rid of my couch that it could be treated I fell much better and I get to but a new couch. And I didn't have to pay them a penny. :)

[redacted] was the service technician from Arizona Heat who came to our house. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and did a thorough and professional job in treating the house. I feel confidant that our problem will not reoccur and if it does, Arizona Heat will take care of it.

I found bedbugs at 5am...I called an exterminator and not only did they not have a warranty they couldnt even come to my house until the next day....so I called ahps they had an inspector (paul) at my house by 10am the same day he scheduled me for a heating treatment for 7am the next morning! In the meantime he gave me very helpful advice on how to spot kill the ones I could see. It worked and put my mind at ease knowing I had killed ALOT of them with the spot treatment. I kept checking the couch every few hours and by the morning there was only one left. Ahps came at 7am and had me back in my house by 7pm bedbug free!!!! I was extremely happy they were able to help me soooooo fast!!!! Thank you AHPS....it hasnt even been a full day yet so I dont know if I will see anymore bed bugs...but if I do they gave me a year warranty so if I do they will come back and take care of it!!!!!

First of all, I never review anybody. But, My family and I couldn't resist this one, considering the nightmares we've been going through with other companies and being promised everything under the sun. We are so happy that we came upon Arizona Heat Pest Services. I have never used Thumbtack before and didn't quite know what type of responses I would receive and didn't want to waste anymore time. Arizona Heat Pest emailed me within 1 minute. They were very helpful and said someone would call ASAP. They did. Lenny R[redacted] called and made an appointment with us immediately. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Lenny and he walked us through the entire procedure of getting rid of our nightmares. He answered all of our questions, and we had a lot! He never made us feel we were bugging him. He guided us in making the best and wisest decision. My husband and I never felt pressured. Everything he said that he would do, he did, and emailed us documents for everything. The heating process is Not easy but....Lenny and Victor, it was truly a pleasure trusting you both and your company with our home! Austin and his partner from Arizona heat came to treat our 4 bedroom house this past Easter weekend and we were very happy with the service. They were very professional and friendly too. Arizona Heat Pest Services did a very professional job. First, [redacted]. came to my house on time to do an inspection. No pressure and very professional. He inspected my whole 2 story house. Unfortunately we had bed bugs. Fortunately he found them in only 2 rooms. On the day of the treatment, a few days later, [redacted]. and [redacted]. arrived on time. [redacted]. walked me through the process again and completed the job. So far (knock on wood), no more disgusting bed bugs. Yeah!
