I was very thankful that I called and availed myself of their free home inspection. We were certain we had bed bugs because of several bites my housemate had a month apart from each other. We almost spent $250 needlessly through our home pest control service for a canine search for bed bugs. AZ Heat Pest Services inspected the 2 bedrooms of most concern, car, sleeping bag and overnight bag and assured us we don’t have bed bugs. It is very heartening to find reputable, honest services that weren't requested after a referral of any kind. I highly recommend them.

Review: We have paid this company in full to resolve our problem with bed bugs we picked this company from the review through the Revdex.com and we like the guarantee they offered. We have had tony come out numerous times at least 6 or more times he sprayed and reheated and they still have not resolved this problem. due to this problem we have gotten rid of furniture my kids have no beds and I had to eliminate my couches, we have torn apart the walls to try to find the problem we have even gone as far as having Tony spray the attic of the house to see if that is the problem each time they have had to spray we must get a hotel room due to medical issues and handicap kids and myself . Arizona Heat hasn't resolved the problem per their contract we have had to have one kid put in hospital due to severe bites and we have [redacted] called by the hospital on us due to this problem. On March 3 2015 I called them stating that this problem has not been resolved we had to get someone out so on March 4 2015 they had another person come out and reinspect the house again because Tony was the one that had been trying to resolve this problem and we were told he was no longer employed with Az. Heat any longer . So the gentlemen came out he had knowledge of our home due to conversations with Tony and said he needed to get with the owner and figure out a new game plan on what to do, he was on the phone with the company they said they were going to figure out a game plan with the owner and other associates and send someone else out and nobody showed so we waited and no reply back. We then got irritated by being put on ignore that I called again and spoke to Tyler and he stated they will be calling back with a plan and this was done on3-12-15 and to this day no contact or communication with Az. Heat has been attemped to resolve this problem we feel we have been put on ignore .Desired Settlement: We would like our money back so we can get someone here to resolve this problem so we can put our house back in order and we need to satisfy [redacted] and other agencies.

On April 12th 2015 after receiving the complaint through the Revdex.com, Arizona Heat Pest Services immediately sent out a technician ([redacted]) to re-inspect the home, provide the refund check in person, and treat the home again (despite the fact that we have refunded the $1400 from the original treatment.) Refund check was issued on the same day. Upon re-inspection of the customers home, no bed bugs were found. Refund check was provided due to the customer dissatisfaction with our service. Retreatment was scheduled for the next day due to the fact that all people and pets must be out of the home at the time of treatment and for 6 hours afterward to allow pesticides to dry. Additional bed bug treatment was provided by Arizona Heat Pest Services on 4/13/2015 even though no live bed bugs or evidence of live bed bugs was found at the time. We have done everything in our power to remedy discontent with our service. Arizona Heat Pest Services cares about our customers! We will always be responsive to our customers needs immediately! It is always better to contact Arizona Heat Pest Services directly so that immediate attention can be given to any service issues.

I have lived in my home for over 10 years and became horrified to to learn that after helping a distant family member out allowing them to come into my home for several months, they left behind a bed bug infestation. To me it was almost my worst nightmare after hearing of how these pests take over and become nearly impossible to be rid of. My reaction to their bites was severe, the nightmares were real and the emotional stress overwhelming. I knew I had to get help and searched the internet and after reviewing several companies, came across AZ Heat Pest and after reading thru their site, had a good feeling about them and called. From the start, the person who answered the phone was so nice and sympathetic to my emotional distraught and scheduled my free inspection right away. The Rep who came dove right in and began the search and determination of my bed bug situation, he explained how the treat and free a home of the pests, and then worked with me on the costs. On a single income, it was stressful to not have a bank account that would have paid for the full blown, total home treatment and I wondered what I would do, but the Rep saw my concern and distressed and managed to work with my budget and treat my home. I am so appreciated to him and this company. I went from crying every day, with very little sleep and having to wear long sleeves and pants for weeks in the hottest time of summer due to the massive amounts of bites to now living with peace of mind, sleeping without the nightmares and back to normal summer cloths. I am truly thankful that this company is here and knows what they are doing but most importantly, they made no judgment and were more that kind, understanding and left you feeling so much better from the whole ordeal. I was shocked recently to discover we had a bedbug problem after my daughter was being bitten. My sister found Arizona Heat Pest Services' phone number and I called it. I was sooo freaked out. [redacted] was the guy who came to help me. He put me at ease right away. He was helpful, nice, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. Although I had a warranty and didn't see anymore bugs, [redacted] came out and did another courtesy inspection for me just to put my mind more at ease. I am confident I am now bedbug free. I had a mild infestation of BB's, called az pest exterminators, and their quote was reasonable and affordable and they do payment with deposit up front.

they sent [redacted] out the next day at 8 am. was surprised they would come that early and didn't have to wait. Paul was very professional and courteous, and answered all my questions. He did a great job.

I have a bed bug infestation from a hotel visit 2 years ago... I had tried other exterminators that use poisons and chemicals.. they helped some but did not eliminate the problem. Finally, I bit the bullet and paid for heat treatment through Arizona Heat Pest Services. Since the treatment the only bedbugs I have seen are dead ones... and finally I can sleep knowing that I am not on the menu...
