This has been one of the most professional and courteous experiences that I have received from ANY home service company - in any aspect. I have never had to confront a pest situation in my home before, but AZ Heat Pest Services put my mind at ease and gave me assurance from the very first phone call I made to them late one night.
I can say that I am absolutely satisfied with the work that was performed by [redacted], and will do all that I can to make sure they receive the praises I feel the company is entitled to.

It works! We went for the chemical treatment since we knew that we would'nt be in our apartment for long, plus it's only couple hundred cheaper than the heat treatment. It did take a couple of weeks for it to kill off every last bit of those horrifying lil creatures, but I am super relieved that me and my family are not itchy from those pests anymore. Review: On Saturday, 2/8, I spoke with [redacted], an apparently authorized representative of Arizona Heat Pest Services, at (602) 652-2963. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, 2/10, at 8 am to inspect for and treat suspected bedbugs. [redacted] informed me that I would have to be out of my house, which is also my workplace, for six hours following the treatment. I informed him that I had to be out of the house by 9:30 am, and he agreed that the inspection and any necessary treatment could be completed by that time.

By 8:40 am on Monday, no one had shown up or called to say they were on their way. I called the same number and spoke with [redacted] again. After looking into the matter and calling me back, he informed me that they had "overbooked" and would not be able to provide the promised service before I had to leave. Before 9 o'clock I called again and this time spoke with [redacted], who identified himself as the owner of the company. He explained that only a "skeleton crew" had been working on Saturday, and they apparently mishandled the company's bookings. When I informed him that I had made special arrangements to be out of my home, with my dog, for the six hours required for the treatment, he said they could not accommodate me and, in any event, had no "written contract" with me to show up at any particular time. He then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: The appointment set up on Saturday, 3/8, was by a regular employee or manager, not a "skeleton crew" member. I therefore assume that overbooking is a practice of this company, not an aberration. An appointment for the treatment of bedbugs is different from an appointment for the routine extermination of other pests. The latter usually requires only that pets be contained for the half-hour or so it takes for the chemicals to dry. The former requires one to be out of the property for six hours and, given the nature of the problem, does not make the customer a welcome guest in the home of family or friends. I was fortunate in being able to schedule a business meeting in Flagstaff for the hours I needed to be out of my home on Monday, 3/10. If Arizona Heat Pest Services had forthrightly told me they could not accommodate my schedule, I would have tried to arrange for service by another company. I relied on their false promise to my detriment.

Now I am faced with having to give up six hours of work for treatment by another company, to board my dog for that period of time, and to find a place (without upholstered furniture) to pass that time. In addition to requesting that the company's booking policy be changed, I am therefore requesting compensation of $1,000.

We had a bed bug issue courtesy of the hotel my husband stayed at for work. It took about a month before I actually had proof we were dealing with bed bugs. The loved to bite our daughter. After much research, vacuuming and washing we decided to call AZ Heat and that was the best decision ever. Paul came out that same day and took the time to not just answer our questions but listened to me while I vented about everything I had been doing. I knew not to get over the counter products so that helped keep our problem relatively small. I had ordered bed liners that were supposedly treated with stuff and that do it yourself company said they worked and would continue to work for 2 years. The bugs were crawling all over the liners and not one died. Back to AZ Heat and Paul, he was very patient with us, very kind, professional and helped us figure out what plan of attack we needed. He did an awesome job, it has been about two weeks now and we don't have any bites nor seeing those nasty little things. He even told us how we can try to avoid another issue in the future since my husband is always at hotels. I would recommend them to everyone and would absolutely use them again if the need arises again.

I am completely satisfied with Arizona Heat Pest Services! I called one morning and left a message concerning my problem and within 2 minutes they returned the call. That was quick! I didn't expect that. They sent out Lenny R. that day. Awesome person! So nice and kind! He did the inspection and explained my options. Not once I ever felt pressured. With his help and guidance, I made the best decision for my problem. The next day he arrived and went to work. He even went over the call of duty, by moving certain items to my back yard. Very satisfied with service. They were able to schedule quickly. Arrived on time and had work completed as promised. Called back when found a bug and they promptly came and sprayed area. They gave a one year warranty unlike some companies I considered.

These guys were great. For the price, service and treatment, you can't beat them. I had two other companies that I checked out and they were not helpful or not professional. These guys had it all. Worked with [redacted] and [redacted]. Both good guys.

So when my elderly grandparents started to get bit a few weeks after Christmas/ New Years, my mother and I became very concerned. My grandmother seemed to get bit the worse and she has health conditions that lower her immune system so I was worried about the bites getting infected. So I looked up bites and found that bed bugs were the reason, I checked under their bed and sure enough I found them. I was very upset, extremely worried and didn't know where in the works they could have possibly got them. I mean they are elderly so it's not like they are living a crazy lifestyle to bring these things home. So I looked up bedbugs and found Azheat pest services and they were amazing. We got a free home inspection the next day and they came out listened to our story and scheduled us for the heat treatment. The gentleman that came to see my mom and I about the problem was very knowledgable and assured us that they were going to go away. They came out and did the heat treatment and when they were done we looked under the bed and they were dust.. Literally! My grandparents have not gotten bit since and it's already been almost a week. I am so grateful to Azheat Pest Services for giving my grandparents their home back and giving us a feeling of relief !

Our family has been fighting bed bugs now for a year we hired azheatpest services to heat treat our home Cody the technician was very professional and kind he seemed to really care about our situationconsidering we had a newborn baby I thank him so much for his help he was truly amazing we have a 4 bedroom home and normally would of cost around 2000 to treat our home being I had no income coming in do to just having a baby they took 1400 to treat our home they even moved furniture for us and all they came out the same day I called them to quote us then answered all my questions and boy did I have alot I actually felt bad for texting him so much asking him questions he was very kind and happy to help and answer all questions.
