My experience at first was good.The work was done as agreed. I later got some time off from work and decide to clean my garage. Low and behold I found out some one step through the sheet rock and never reported it. I called Alan only to be ignored.Its to bad once he done the job ,he abandons any responsibility for his workers actions..Definitely there will not be any repeat business with this guy. So be weary of contractors that aren't men of their word. So beware of wolves with sheep's clothing they lie.Satifaction is not garrenteed .

Arizona Roof Rescue (Allan) came to my rescue. After I had a leak, Allan gave me a temporary patch until he could come and replace the roof. He and his men did an excellent and thorough job which I really appreciated as a new Arizona resident.

Arizona Roof Rescue was absolutely amazing. Customer service and just the way Allen the owner spent 11 minutes with me on the phone giving me an idea of what my job would take was Key for me. With any Repair you make a bunch of calls with your fists raised up like your going to fight. You are always just waiting to get ripped off. Allen lowered my hands in just one call. I TRUSTED him. I needed work to be done in a matter of 4 days. Allen was able to go to my house confirm the price he gave me and did the work the next Morning. AND since he knew the house was being sold he even repaired more issues at no cost " So the new owner won't have any problems ". That is in heard of in most businesses these days. Great work from GREAT workers, my roof looks beautiful. Got estimate on a Thursday, started work same day, by Sunday my roof was complete and beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone. Arizona Roof Rescue fixed my roof yesterday. I cannot be more pleased with the work they did. Alan M[redacted] was cordial and did a fantastic job.

We are 100% happy with the new roof. Rescue Roofing did everything they said they would do and more. They were very considerate of the homeowners privacy and they clean up the property extremely well. We are very pleased and would recommend them to everybody.

[redacted] came for the initial inspection, pulled up the tiles, and showed me where the issues were for my roof. I received quotes earlier in the day, but no one gave the type of service that [redacted] did. The quote was reasonable and the work was outstanding. [redacted] even did more (preventative) work than what was originally discussed.

I can't say enough good things about Arizona Roof Rescue. [redacted] was prompt and efficient. Work began and finished when expected. No one likes to have their roof fixed, but if you need work done you can't go wrong with Arizona Roof Rescue.

They were prompt and in addition to tile repair they inspected the entire roof. Did not recommend any unnecessary repairs. Took their time to ensure good workmanship. Repair is good as new 5 years later.

I had something making a terrible noise on my roof. Called Arizona Roof Rescue and Mr. [redacted] came out early Sunday morning. He got up on the roof and found the problem quickly, showed me the damaged sheet metal part and offered to repair it. I choose to replace it and he brought out a new one Monday morning. He is prompt, courteous, realiable honest and very reasonable. It was a pleasure dealing with him.......but I never had to call back.

[redacted] was very professional and know what he is doing. His crew was on time, cleaned up everyday after their shift and worked hard. Arizona Roof Rescue is a company that explained that they did not need to over price in order to do quality work and keep a customer happy. The work was over and above what I had expected. They painted the chimney stack, replaced rotted lumber and removed my old TV antenna (with no extra charge). They came in at the lowest bid and the work was quality work. They were done in 2 days. I could not have asked for a better job and or a more polite company to complete my roofing needs. Thanks [redacted]!!!

My 16 year old tile roof had a leak. I contacted [redacted] of Roof Rescue to evaluate my roof. He found where the leak was and pointed out deficiencies and potential problems. The original roof had inadequate flashings, many loose and broken tiles, and thin paper. I hired Roof Rescue to redo the entire roof. I am confident that I made the right choice. It was a pleasure to do business with the crew of Roof Rescue.

Arizona Roof Rescue did a wonderful job in removing the old roofs and making repairs as needed and putting on a guaranteed roof. They updated the dormers and corrected the solar tube so it does not leak. I will recommend Arizona Roof Rescue 100% of the time. I was in the position to also use them to do a repairs and maintenance on 108 homes when I was worked as Asst Mgr for [redacted] HOA. They did a great job and their prices are very very reasonable.
