Arizona Roof Rescue

I discovered Arizona Roof Rescue on [redacted]. They have great ratings and it seemed like a good price. Fair warning: 2000 SF of roofing will only work for a small 2 story home, not average single story. My 1500 SF home required 3300 SF of roofing. Point is that you will pay more than the special, but is still a fair price.

[redacted] explained about a better ridge vent and we upgraded the shingle quality. Removal of old shingles, dormers, vents and whirlybirds, and install of the new shingles, dormers, vents and ridge vent went smoothly; originally scheduled for 3 days, but completed in 2 very full days.

[redacted] says he uses the same crew for all jobs, very competent and hard workers. They did an excellent job and [redacted] worked right along with them. [redacted] explained all aspects of job thoroughly, and I believe they did an outstanding job. Very Happy!

[redacted] gave me an estimate on Tuesday March 10th and was able to work on my roof the very next day. The estimate he gave me was very reasonable. He and his workers arrived on time both days which is a plus for me!! They were able to fix/replace my broken tiles and install pigeon netting deterrents where we needed it so it was no easy task given that we've had a pigeon problem since we moved in 5 years ago. They were able to do all the work in a timely manner and at a great price. Thank you [redacted] Roof Rescue!!!

Arizona Roof Rescue installed a new roof on our house a few years ago, and we continue to be extremely satisfied with their work. In fact, my husband and I were just commenting the other day about what a great job they did. They gave us a fair price as well as a beautiful roof. During the installation, a sensor on our solar panel was damaged, and they paid for the replacement willingly and promptly. Everyone was professional and courteous. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the service I received from AZ Roof Rescue LLC. Out of three companies that came to my home to assess my roof damage and provide a quote, AZ Roof Rescue was the only company that showed me pictures of what caused my damage as they explained a plan to repair. Not only did they address the initial damage, they did a complete roof inspection and addressed several little things that could have morphed into larger issues over time. They also cleaned after they were done, very professional and pleasant to work with.

Very Happy with the condition of my roof. It's been almost 3 years since it was installed and it looks virtually brand new. The Flat foam portion of the roof is in excellent condition as is the shingled portions. The recent heavy rain downpour resulted in a roof leak above my guest bathroom. Fortunately, Arizona Roof Rescue was replacing my neighbors roof. I approached the "foreman" of the crew and explained what happened. He found the source of the leak, but the repair would probably occur within a three week period, unless there were signs of rain. March 14th appeared with darkened skies and what appeared to be rain clouds. I was called in the late afternoon and the crew was at the house in a half hour and completed the repair. This was a Friday and they were probably at the end of their workday, but did take the time to complete my repair as stated. When I am ready for a new roof, this is the five star company I will call.

I had a great experience with Arizona Roof Rescue.I called several roofers to get a repair estimate on My roof.[redacted] from ARR was the only one who actually got up on the roof to remove some tiles in the leaky area to see exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem.The others would only throw a number at Me after looking at the roof edge.[redacted] and His crew came on the agreed upon day and quickly got the work done.They even did extra work that wasn't part of the contract at no extra charge.I never submit reviews but these Guys earned it.I highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with the whole process, from the inspection, quote and repairs. The crew was very homeowner mindful, cleaning up each day after they stopped working. The job was quoted for 5 days, but took 6 due to the complexity of the job. They did an excellent job of repairing roof damage, and pigeon-proofed likely areas. Photos were taken of the most damaged areas and shared. I would very much use this company again.

No one likes to wake up and discover broken roof tiles on the ground and face the prospect of costly repairs from an unknown entity. But Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue quickly put all my concerns to rest. Ahead of his visit, he asked me to text him a picture of the damage, which enabled him to show up with the appropriate tools and tiles for the repair. He's an extremely personable fellow and gladly shares all the information about the job and the associated costs. When he was finished, the repair was utterly invisible from the existing tiles. His price was fair and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From their estimate to the completion of the project, the experience was excellent. No money was required until the job was completed, the cost of the project was exactly the estimated cost and the workmanship was excellent, thorough and done in the period initially said it would be finished. The project included repair of some facia wood, replacement of underlying felt, replacement of new "cleats", replacement of original and some new concrete tiles, installation of original and some new skylights, installation of roof vents and required painting to our roof. Each day debris was picked up and the final cleanup was thorough. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the project. The price for the project was reasonable.

Arizona Roof Rescue was one of two roofing contractors that gave estimates for our 18 year old concrete tile roof repair. Not only did [redacted] point out the original shoddy installation by the builder should not have passed inspection at the time the house was built, he also had several suggestions to improve attic air flow. His estimate was well below the other contractor's estimate. He and his team did an excellent job on the re-roofing of my roof. They were prompt, on time, and did this large job in the timeframe that [redacted] had set. I have referred Arizona Roof Rescue to at least 3 other friends who have been pleased with their work.
