Arizona Roof Rescue

I decided to take a chance on Arizona Roof Rescue after reading the reviews. The experience was everything positive that was already written and more.
Initial visit: [redacted] and I were up on the roof. He told me and showed me good and bad. I was fearful that I would have to get a new roof due to the short cuts that the previous owner took when replacing the roof. [redacted] assured me it was not time for a new roof and suggested I may get 10 more years out of it. He did make a few recommendations (which were concerns of mine already). The price was well within reason (and my budget).
His crew did the work while I was at work. I never would have known they were there that day except for that I could see the work had been done.

Az Roof Rescue did a job for me today and it was a great one! I am a real estate agent so have a good familiarity with roof repairs and problems. AZ Roof Rescue was honest about our roof problems and suggested cost saving alternatives to the repair I thought we would have to make. They showed up on time and did their repairs. They left my yard and patio in cleaner condition than when they showed up. They even took all their garbage with them! It seems like so many contractors fill your trash can with their garbage and then leave cigarette butts and empty water and drink containers everywhere. Not these guys. Thanks for a great job, I highly recommend them.

[redacted] was contacted to repair some damage to roof tiles caused by high winds. He arrived at our scheduled appointment on time and took the time to point out all the issues he saw. He explained what the priority items were, and what may need correcting in the near future. The work his team completed was high quality and thorough. Upon post inspection he pointed out minor issues he corrected that we had not discussed at no additional cost. Overall excellent experience

We are very pleased with the work done by Arizona Roof Rescue. We repaired our entire roof which required removal of all tiles, repair of wood underlayment and removal and replacement of all roofing underlayment materials. The size of the roof required crews to work a full 7 days to complete the job. The job was bid at a fair price which increased due to need to replace many broken tiles. The roof work was completed very professionally and looks better than the original roof installed by the homebuilder 20 years ago. Further, the work crews took time to thoroughly clean up all debris at the end of each day and kept the job site neat and tidy. Throughout the project, we were kept informed of progress and issues. The crew even corrected and repaired some areas that were not part of the original bid but did not charge additional. Those additional repairs corrected some long standing issues. In summary, we highly recommend Arizona Roof Rescue for their high quality of work and service at a fair price.

We hired Arizona Roof Rescue LLC at the recommendation of our homeowners association and so far we have not been disappointed. We have owned our home for almost a year and have found it needed several unexpected repairs. A roof tile had come off in a wind storm (with the help of a tree limb). Alan came out to inspect the job and found several problems, but gave us a quote for one price to fix everything. He not only fixed the items he found at the inspection, he also fixed some hidden items at no additional charge. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up the property after they were done. They even painted the flashing to match our trim, which had just been painted. We were very impressed with their knowledge of what needed to be fixed and the timely and efficient manner of which they completed the repairs. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

I had Arizona Roof Rescue repair my tiled roof last week that started after all the rain we had here in the valley. [redacted] came over the day after I called for an estimate. He was the 2nd contractor to come over and he gave me a good estimate to have my roof repaired. We scheduled a day to have the repair work done and he was on time and finished when he said he would. As promised, he found a problem he could not see when he gave me the estimate and he said he would not charge anymore. He also replaced tiles that were broken at no cost and also adjusted tiles that have moved. Good crew that works for him and they also did a good job of cleaning up the area. I would definitely consider using this company if I ever needed any more repairs.

[redacted] explained in detail what having a new roof entailed, including photos of our roof. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant.

We were very pleased with the work done by [redacted] and his crew. Our roof was supposrd to take 5 days, but was completed in 4. There was a lot of debris that was removed each day. They arrived early and stayed late.

[redacted] and his crew did a great job on my moderate sized roof repair. The monsoons came right after the repair, and no more leaks.

Arizona Roof Rescue is a great company to work with. I called 20+ companies and they were the only ones to give me respond and give me a quote the same day. I am very impressed with their office staff ([redacted]) and [redacted] who came and did the work. He was on time, did extra work than what was originally quoted and kept the price the same. This is a great company and I was very happy with the service.

Roof Rescue was on time and very efficient. When they were complete, they showed all the repairs that were completed per the agreement. They even went beyond and painted all the worn flashing, vents and tile concrete. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I lost a few of the end cap tiles during a storm. He came out and gave me an estimate but also told me that he wanted to make sure he could find the right roof tiles for my house that he didn't want to mismatch. He came out and did the work and even secured some other tiles for free. True professional.

I hired Arizona Roof Rescue for a complete tile roof replacement. The work took 5 days and the price was fair. The crew was on time and courteous. Everything was cleaned up every day. The tiles all match in color and shape. Solar Tube skylights are now sealed and chimney flashing was added where it was deficient before. I now have confidence that my roof can last 30 years. There is a 10 year warranty too. The crew did not leave until my wife and I said we were completely satisfied. Throughout the whole process, there was attention paid to detail. The roof appearance is perfect, an improvement as evidenced by compliments!

Alan was friendly, professional walked on roof showing us problem areas and upon completion to see completed service. Entire roof needed repair from complete tar paper to removing & replacing some plywood. Was presented with option from minor spot repairs or complete repair. Job completed as scheduled.

Excellent experience. I called with a roof problem and they were out in just hours. They were very fair in their pricing and instilled confidence in me of their ethics.

We came to Ariz Roof Rescue after 2 incomplete/poor repair jobs by another company. Alan and the crew were excellent in the assessment, estimate, and completion of the job. He clearly showed me the root cause of our problem (something that the previous company did not address at all) and proposed a clear solution. I watched him and the crew do an excellent job. They were not rushed and took the time fully inspect the entire roof and make some additional preventive repairs at no additional cost. The price was very fair and the work was excellent. It was a pleasure to have Alan and the crew work on our home. Have already recommended to others.
