Arizona Roof Rescue

I had AZ Roof Rescue ([redacted]) tune-up my existing concrete tile roof. They did and excellent job even matching and replacing the broken and cracked tiles.

My roof was just completed. It is absolutely great. The original roof had many defects and problems such as rotting wood and missing tiles. There was even a large hole left in the wood when the builder cut it for a large vent in the wrong place. The hole had a light piece of tin over it with four small screws holing the tin. One side had a big gap in the tiles allowing water to go under the tiles. There were missing tiles. Even though there were many things to be repaired that were hidden from view, Arizona Roof Rescue fixed them all without changing the original estimate one cent. I've never seen such hardworking, conscientious, courteous people and doing a super professional job besides. All replacement flashings and exposed wood painted in a professional manner. Great clean up too!

From the very beginning I found Alan to be helpful in explaining things & willing to go out of his way to make me satisfied with the job . He even did some small things not in the contract that I didn't expect but actually made my life much easier. They were always on time & left the job site clean every day. Alan suggested a couple changes that I wouldn't have thought of but made a positive difference in the looks of my house.

I would call them again if I needed a roofing job.

Arizona Roof Rescue just replaced my entire roof and they did an amazing job. [redacted], the owner, is really professional and goes the extra mile for his clients. There was extra wood that needed replacing and reinforcing and I wasn't charged extra afterwards. And, the roof looks great. I would highly recommend ARR if you need a roofer.

I was pleased with the work done but said I could not write a review until after a hard rain. We had that rain last week and I had no leak. This is the second time I have used Arizona Roof Rescue and was very pleased with the work on both houses. They didn't ask for a deposit upfront. This is very unusual. Most contractors want 50% up front before the job is even started. They wanted payment when job was completed and I was satisfied with work. They started on time and completed work on time. The bill was as on the pre job estimate, there were no overcharges. They cleaned and removed all debri from premises. I am totally satisfied with the work they did. They also gave a warranty. During the rain, my roof started leaking....I called Arizona Roof rescue, and they called me back immediately. I have dealt with other companies that NEVER called back.

** and his crew were out as soon as the rain let up, and did a temporary repair, but was back after the rain, and put on a new roof for me.....The time wait was immediate, no waiting for MONTHS or even WEEKS. I would recommend them without hesitation. GREAT COMPANY. AZ Roof Rescue did a wonderful job on reroofing our home. First came in contact with Alan when he was contracted by [redacted] to roof our new garage. They did a great job on that and I asked him for an estimate on fixing our home roof...It needed a whole new restoration and Az Roof repair came and did the whole roof in one weeks time. They were such hard workers, and clean and neat. I was very satisfied with our job and how smoothly it went and how professional this company is. I would highly recommend them.
