We just had our roof repaired by Arizona Roof Rescue (by [redacted]) and had a very positive experience. [redacted] was very thorough (explained everything that he was going to do in detail) and did more than we expected (cleaned out our dryer vent while he was on the roof). He was very courteous and he and his workers left the property as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very punctual and the office was very helpful and courteous also. We would recommend Arizona Roof Rescue to anyone who has roofing problems!

Roof Rescue came to my aid during a downpour of rain. They did a temporary fix on the leaking roof and returned to redo the entire roof. They were most pleasant to do business with. The crew cleaned up the area each night and left the yard looking good. They went beyond the agreed service and checked the casita roof also. I think they are an excellent company with which to do business.

We can't say enough good things about Alan and his crew. Our nine year old tile roof had a lot of issues. Loose tiles, improper flashing and unsecured flashing. In addition, birds had found access through one of the eaves into the attic and had been nesting for a couple months. They re-secured the space, and cleaned up a lot of debris. We also learned a lot about proper flashing, and can see all our neighbor's houses have the same issues. We'll be recommending Arizona Roof Rescue!

Easy to do business with---Work completed when promised, actually finished a day early. Willing to do a little extra within reason. I am now waiting for the first heavy rain to see how well my roof holds up and I am sure that if there is a problem that I will have no problem getting in touch with them to correct the problem. If I find that my roof has no problems after the first heavy rain then I would have to revise my recommending this business to extremely likely from an eight He has a good crew that is on time and in fact early to work and they are not afraid to work in the heat.

Arizona Roof Rescue was efficient and accommodating. My husband and I work in education and weren't available until late in the day. Roof Rescue came out when it was convenient for us. They were thorough in explaining the issue and we found their estimate reasonable. We were not pressured to repair more than what was necessary. Our intention is to return to Roof Rescue if and when it is time to do more work on hour home.

I had Az Roof Rescue fix roofs of three of my houses. I was very happy with the work done. It has been slightly over three years since it was done and I have had no problems since then and the (tile)roofs still look very good too. The price was also reasonable. I would use them again.

Arizona Roof Rescue was recommended to us by our neighbor who had them do some roof repair several years ago. [redacted] came out, inspected our roof problems, and gave us a bid to do the repair (mostly around 2 skylights and several valleys). We accepted the bid for the work to be done over three days about 3 weeks in the future. They started the job and finished it on the days planned. Their work was excellent - [redacted], though relatively young, is very conscientious and thorough. They actually found a little more problem than was noticed at bidding time, but did the repair necessary within the quoted bid. They cleaned up around our house at the end of each day. We would highly recommend them.

Arizona Roof Rescue does excellent quality work and at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond by fixing several issues (from previous work by other contractors) that were discovered during the job that were not included in the estimate, at no additional charge. And are very thorough in explaining what is not right and why, and how they are going to fix them. They also completed all work on schedule and as promised. I will use them from now on for all roof repair/installation in the future.

On time, did an excellent job, cleaned the job site surrounding area every day that they were there. Completely satisfied with the overall job.

Arizona Roof Rescue added years to our tile roof by performing necessary maintenance, and even help us resolve a critter problem we couldn't see from inside the house or from the ground. Highly recommend!

Everything went as planned. Work was completed in one day and with no problems. Won't know until the next monsoon season whether the leaks were repaired.

Arizona Roof Rescue was very professional to work with. They arrived on time for appointments. The estimate we received provided detailed explanation of the work necessary to repair several areas on our tile roof and we felt the price was reasonable. The crew was courteous, professional and efficient. They kept the debris to a minimum and removed all trash from our property. My roof had some loose tiles, so I contacted Arizona Roof Rescue. Alan contacted me quickly, scheduled to come for an estimate, identified a series of issues, and suggested how to deal with them. We scheduled the work for the following week. He and his team arrived 10 minutes early, got to work, and did a great job. The work was performed exactly as we discussed and they cleaned up all the debris from the repairs. The price was extremely fair for the work performed.
