This company was amazing! They were extremely professional, punctual, honest, and respectful! There workman ship was above and beyond! There are not a lot of companies out there that you can call professional but Arizona Roof Rescue are at the Top of my list! This is an honest company with hard workers who completed what was a mess of a roof and transformed it into a beautiful roof! Could not be more happy! Great prices and amazing work!

Arizona Roof Rescue stripped and put a completely new roof on my home. They completed the project in Feb 2012. They project included complete removal of old roofing (asphalt shingles), replacing old felt with new 30lb underlayment, new metal drip edges around home, replaced roof vents and painted to match shingles, installed new 20x20 dormer roof vents, painted A/C supports (AC unit is on the roof), replaced my 2x4 skylight, inspected and replaced plywood decking that was damages from age, and installed new 30yr asphalt shingles. My experience with this company was great. They foreman and crew were very professional and did a wonderful quality job with installation. I was very pleased with everything they accomplished. They completed the entire job in 3 days and when they left it was like they were never here. They took great care in removing the old roof materials and disposing of them, also combed the yard areas for nails. To this day I have not found a single nail in the yard. Another thing they did that really pleased me was they lifted up the roof A/C supports and installed the new underlayment and shingles underneath the supports just as it original was. This was actually something most of the companies that bid the job would not do even with higher bids. Overall the quality was outstanding I couldn't have been happier with what they did at my home, and the price was right. The price wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but I felt when they bid the job they were the most professional and responsive.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this roofing company. From the administrative staff to the laborers all interactions I had were courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The roof was completed quickly with minimal noise, mess or inconvenience to us. The roof is beautiful and is of a good quality which is holding up well.

The crew did their work quickly and were very conscientious about leaving the work site clean every night. [redacted] did a good job in matching our roof tiles. The price was reasonable, and there was no attempt to up charge when some rotten wood was found or our patio roof. Overall, a very nice job.

Before we had this work done, I knew nothing about how to recognize a very high quality roof. After Alan with Arizona Roof Rescue finished, I am amazed by their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Beautifully done, no cutting of corners--2 of my neighbors came over and commented on the professionalism and precision. Both had roofs done recently and were impressed by Arizona Roof Rescue, while being disappointed in the work done by other companies on their roofs. We received multiple estimates, including 2 of the largest companies and hired ARR based on Alan's knowledge and promptness in arriving for his appointment.His bid was significantly lower than some companies, perhaps a little higher than another. Alan and his crew arrived on time every day. Work was begun early morning and continued for 10-12 hours most days during the hottest month of the summer. Our entire property was cleaned up at the end of every work day. ARR went way above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for a truly great job. It was a pleasure to find someone who takes such pride in workmanship.

Mr. [redacted] had done work for [redacted] HOA. When my roof fell I called the office and they recommended him. The work was done on the day and the time I was told. All the little pieces were cleaned up. It was a very good experience and a job well done.

I had a very positive experience with Arizona Roof Rescue. They arrived on time as scheduled. They were good about cleaning up the work site at the end of each day. Performed all the work I expected, and the bill was exactly what we agreed to before the work began. The only small negative is coordination between the their foreman and the front office. The foreman estimated 7- 8 days, while the office told us 5 days. the job took 7 days.

I contacted AZ Roof Rescue to perform repairs to my concrete tile roof after noticing that I had a few tiles that had slid out of place. Since the house is 17 years old, I also wanted a general inspection of the roof for other possible problems. [redacted] came out and invited me on the roof with him so that I could see that there were quite a few other tiles that needed replaced and some other repairs. We had a problem that the manufacturer of the tile on my house was no longer in business, so [redacted] was able to find tiles that matched close enough to satisfy our HOA. On the day of the work, [redacted] and crew showed up on time and finished the job in a few hours. All work was completed as promised and to my satisfaction. My only complaint was that Mr. [redacted] seemed reluctant to give me a written estimate before the job, but I was provided with a written statement of the work done and the agreed-to price at the completion of the job.

Prompt and curteous service. They suggested some additional service at a reasonable price. I could not verify the need, however I trusted and appeciated their advice.

Friendly courteous, hardworking staff. Cleaned up the yard (mine and neighbors) each night. Showed up when they said they would and worked hard dawn to night. Finished on schedule - very quickly. Most importantly, the roof doesn't leak!
