Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: - There was no confusion on my part - your company attempted to defraud me I was baited into buying at TV at one price on your website, and then had to call your company in order to be upsold another TV - based on a fraudulent claim that I made a mistake in ordering when I clealy did not - I want the correct TV that was sold to me - not some made up "that was the Canadian version" of the TV - I received NO letter telling me that the order was cancelled I DID NOT MISS ANYTHING - IT WAS NOT SENT! - Your company has been doing this to MANY people - there at at least a a dozen websites, including ***, that have claims EXACTLY like mine This bait and switch MUST be stopped If the Revdex.com cannot deal with this problem - I am going to the New Jersey State's Attorney for legal action.Regards, [redacted]
