I am rejecting this response because:
Yes you would be losing quite a bit of money but again that was YOUR mistake but ill be willing to come to an agreement. I still want the camera specifically with the 18-135mm lens and the 50mm lens and with a good sized SD card and extra batteries would be nice but I don't need a flash or tripod or monopod or any of that other stuff. what can you do for me? Help me help you because I'm sure if I wanted to I could get that bundle for the price I ordered it at from you guys.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Although the company simply did what their website stated they would do in the first place when placing the order, and it took multiple bad reviews and Revdex.com complaint to make that happen, I do find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It would have been nice to offer some sort of compensation for all the stress, hassle, and wasted time dealing with all of this that they caused, but as long as my mother receives her new television in perfect condition (which apparently shipped out yesterday according to their e-mail notification), we are satisfied and will move on from here.

I am rejecting this response because:The sales person who sold me this lens told me I was paying for the more expensive of the 2 versions of this lens on your site so I could get a US version and that is not what I received. I was given the extended warranty, but that is not what I want. The wareanty service, [redacted], has consistently poor reviews and lots of Revdex.com complaints, which makes me hesitant to use them.

Hi, Our records indicate that the package was shipped early Friday morning. The customer ordered overnight delivery and we did deliver in time.  The tracking number shows a first scan of the package at 1:57pm. That does not indicate the pick up time from our warehouse.  The package...
