Hi, As per my conversation with [redacted] we will refund $200.00 as a courtesy. Refund will be issued today, and we will e-mail refund confirmation.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  Once again the Abe's of Maine agent offer was disingenuous because it leaves out pertinent FACTS.   I responded to an "URGENT" call following placing my order for a TV that was offered at 2,999:Yes (that $2,999) one is a store warranty its limited 30 days , And one (I am offering) is a US manufacture warranty , I can do (US) one everywhere  is 3499 plus tax, I can to do it for 3399 since your a repeat customer no tax, freemount, free upgrade to white glove, Let me know.I declined and asked Abe's of Maine not to contact me at that time.  Two days later I received a call from the "customer service department" who now wanted to "make it right" so he was willing to sell it for $3,299. Again, said no, I am fed up with their lies and tactics so DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN and HUNG UP.
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This was a poor sales bait and switch tactic and I was impacted when attempting to sale and upgrade my camera because the imports are selling for $300 less. I was specifically misled into spending more money than necessary with the initial purchase because you're now telling me that you do not even carry the model that Ali upsold over the phone.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Abe's of Maine (dba Westpark Electronics, LLC) is not addressing the issue at hand. The issue is that they lied about the products in which I ordered and paid for. The items were to be US retail NOT grey market. It is NOT a warranty issue. It is an issue with their sales and business practices.I ordered and paid retail prices for what I was told was US retail products.  What I received were grey market items worth 40%-50% less. Please refer to the attachments I have provided as well as the communication emails which follow.

Hi, Our records indicate that [redacted] contacted us 10.09.17, we reached out to the warranty company and then e-mailed [redacted] our address on 10.24.17.On 11.02.17 we contacted [redacted] to see if he sent the camera to us, he advised that he is away and a friend will ship the camera to...

us. On 11.22.17 when we received the camera, we sent it out for reapir. We are attempting to resolve this issue for [redacted] We left him a voice message and will call him back once we have updated information regarding the repair.

Hi, The customer did call to cancel, but the package was already shipped. If it had not shipped, we would have cancelled  and refunded it that day.  We have no reason to ship an item and then pay return shipping if we know that a customer wants the order cancelled.

Dear [redacted]    I think there was a misunderstanding between you and ted, we've been using [redacted] for so many years and they have never installed any TV or even put it on a stand. White glove delivery means it goes on a private truck, they call you before hand...

to schedule an appointment, they bring it in to your home they take the lid of and plug it and make sure it turns on and no crack to the screen and if there is a crack they will pack it up and bring it back with them. You dont have to wait for the claim to be approved you get a replacement sent out that day or the following day. That's $200 you paid wasn't just for the white glove, white glove was for $49.99 and insurance on the TV cost $150 and ted gave you an excellent price its usually much more. I contacted you and left you a message to see what I could do for you never got a call back. I will go ahead and refund you $50. We are not here to misled intentionally we care very much about our customers and we are here to for them.  Thank you [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This company continues to lie and avoid contacting me via my requests to do so in writing.  In addition they continue to call me during hours when I am at work and unable to take their calls.  I have advised multiple times that I want a written record of our discussions, but they refuse to ever answer my written requests.  Their records show that they contacted me multiple times before the order was shipped - this is correct, but it was ONLY to badger me into buying more items and to not actually ship me those items!  So their account is as usual, a blatant lie.  When I filed multiple complaints via their website they again refused to answer me in writing as I requested.  In addition, they have NOT shipped the accessories that were missing from my original order even though in their response to Revdex.com they have stated they did - yet another blatant lie!  I checked my account this AM to verify there have been no additional shipments to me.  This issue has absolutely not been resolved to my satisfaction.
